What I ordered (on the photo) looks nothing like what I received. The fit is awful and there’s absolutely no stretch. I ordered a thong bodysuit, but it looks more like men’s underwear at the bottom — very misleading.

On top of that, one item has a return tag that must not be removed, while the other doesn’t have one at all, so I have no idea how to return it. I’ll never order from this store again. Truly disappointing!

I ordered from this company for the first time and unfortunately had a very bad experience. When I returned an item because it wasn’t my size, they claimed the anti-tamper ribbon had been removed and refused my refund. The truth is there was no ribbon or tag on the garment when I received it, so I was shocked to see them say otherwise.
I never removed anything — I simply tried it on and returned it in the same condition. Their response was very unhelpful, leaving me stuck with an item I cannot use.
This was my first purchase, and it will also be my last. I would not recommend buying from them.

Ordered a pink floral maxi dress, using size guide and recommended sizing from the model, the picture showed a full length dress, when the dress arrived it was mid shin, not a maxi dress. This dress is advertised incorrectly.

Still haven’t my money back.
I sent the dress on 21.07 and still haven’t refund.

The details are amazing and the materials from this brand are unmatched, i can’t wait for my order to arrive. checkout was so easy, would 100% recommend this website

Terrible quality and customer service
When I opened the package, the tights already had holes in them. As soon as I tried them on (I only put one leg in), even more holes appeared. The fabric is extremely poor quality, it feels like cheap knock-off material. I never even got to wear them properly once.

To make things worse, the customer service was unhelpful and refused to replace or refund the item, even though it arrived defective. Very disappointing experience – I would not recommend buying from this company.

I’ve been waiting 22 days for my order and still hasn't came to this day, no one is responding my email and my tracking hasn’t changed even though I paid for a 2-5 delivery fee. I’m extremely frustrated!

Amazing quality, great prices

I am yet to receive my order yet but the dress looks nice on site and there was a quick shipment process as ordered last night and it's on its way to me now. Only downside so far is that not free shipping!

BEWARE!!! This store is a scam.
They advertise great outfits from genuine stores and then on-sell the shein knock off at triple the price. DO NOT buy anything here, go straight to shein and order or go directly to the store they are copying from. I would rate this company less than 1 if I could. Refuse to refund even though they have been caught red handed breaking the law. This place needs to be shut down.
Will be taking this to every social media platform and ombudsman
