Next day delivery???

Ordered something for an Xmas night out. Ordered Saturday morning paid extra for next day delivery. Tracking stated delivery Wednesday. Its now Thursday, I went to sorting office was told its only arrived in NI mail centre yesterday and won't be delivered till next week. Nothingbutstyle only sent it on Monday. Very disappointed as I won't have it for the Xmas night out, I now have to go out and find another outfit which I wanted to avoid. Waste of money paying extra for faster delivery. Will be returning item. Not giving a false review of 5 stars to "win my order back". Honesty is more valuable than fake reviews.

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had a terrible experience with this company. I paid for next-day delivery, but the item didn’t arrive until five days later. I reached out to the support team multiple times and, despite providing proof, I never received the refund I was promised.

Based on my experience, the customer service was completely unhelpful and left me feeling ignored and frustrated. I do not plan on ordering from them again. To me, the whole process felt unreliable and untrustworthy, and I would strongly caution others before purchasing.

I wish I could give them minus!

Saw a skirt i really liked but didn't…

Saw a skirt i really liked but didn't have my size,asked to be contacted when size was back in stock,took less then 24,to contact me and me placing the order,very efficient and was kept informed extremely quickly.
Will definitely order again,one happy customer 😊😊😊
