Slow speeds in Canada

Slow speeds in Canada. Vancouver and Banff. Full bars 5G and still super slow, Google Maps review photos takes forever to load one by one. Japan experience was wayyyy better.
Did a speed test and seems like everything is routing through London. West coast of Canada back and forth with London is no surprise why it is so slow.

cheaper, excellent alternative!

My experience was brilliant, I used my eSIM throughout my 4 day trip to America, New York. I didn't turn it off once and it lasted me the whole holiday, It did not buffer or stop working at all, as well as that the connection process was quick and easy while landing in America, no hassle at all. Furthermore this is a cheaper alternative in comparison to paying extra if not already on a plus plan with you're original data provider. I would completely recommend!

First time I have used an eSIM for data overseas and apart from one glitch of losing server which I was able to fix with instruction from chat gpt it has been great moving around and still receiving wi-fi calls a text to my everyday sim is great

The internet runs out extremely fast

The internet runs out extremely fast. I had to buy data at least two times and both ran out in less than a day, just by using it for a few hours and not even constantly.
Holafly offered a better service

It was a real challenge to get the esim activated

It was a real challenge to get the esim active and I had to do a bit of research online. Apple phones activated easily but I have an android phone and I definitely needed instructions beyond what Nomad was giving. Once I got it going it worked great. Certainly better than a physical replacement sim.

Great coverage

Great coverage. 5g dropped down to 4g almost immediately but better than unlimited plans fine print speeds
