I can’t complain about Nike. They always deliver on time, great packaging and good prices. I believe Nike should sell more MLB, NBA, and NFL jerseys than Fanatics. Delayed purchase delivery personalized product
I placed an order for three personalised shirts on 4 June 2026, with an expected delivery date of 15 June 2026.
Today, 15 June 2026, I received an email informing me that my order has been delayed, with no clear explanation or updated delivery date.
These shirts are for my son's 18th birthday party, which will take place on Friday, 19 June 2026. Because they are personalised, they are very important for this special occasion, and I need them to arrive no later than Thursday, 18 June.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is that it is impossible to contact Nike by phone. There seems to be no proper customer service available, only an AI chat providing automated responses that do not properly address the issue. As a customer, I expect to be able to speak to a real person when there is a problem with my order.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and support. I would appreciate an urgent update and for every effort to be made to ensure that my order is delivered before the event.

Very disappointed with this purchase
Very disappointed with this purchase. I paid $150 for the Jurassic Ja 3’s and expected them to arrive in new, complete condition. Instead, the shoes arrived in an unmarked box with no special Jurassic packaging, no keychain, no tissue wrapping, and no tags attached.
To make matters worse, there were stains on the tongue and shoelaces, making the shoes appear used or previously handled and shipped from a store. For a premium, limited-edition release at this price point, the presentation and condition were far below expectations.
I have purchased many pairs from Nike and expected much better quality control. This product did not arrive in the condition advertised and was not worth the premium price paid.
Pros: The shoe design itself is great.
Cons: Missing special packaging and accessories, no tags, stains on shoe, appeared used, poor quality control.
I would not recommend purchasing unless Nike can ensure items are shipped complete and in new condition.

I purchased these Nike trainers around 7 months ago, expecting the quality and durability associated with a premium brand. Unfortunately, the collar lining has torn through after relatively light, normal use, which is far sooner than I would reasonably expect from trainers at this price point.
What is even more disappointing is Nike's handling of the issue. The products are advertised with a 2-year warranty, which gave me confidence when making the purchase. However, when I raised a claim, I was informed that only issues reported within 6 months would be considered. This feels misleading and leaves customers with far less protection than the marketing suggests.
I have owned cheaper trainers that lasted significantly longer without developing this type of defect. Based on my experience, both the product durability and customer service have fallen well below expectations. I would not have paid a premium price had I known the warranty support would be so limited in practice.

Very bad quality trainers, Ive wanted some Nike Air Max 90s for a while now but the price of £135 kind of put me off, but i thought feck it ill get some, they arrived today and im so unhappy, the quality is terrible visible glue all over the toe and the sole is not flush, I wouldn’t mind if i paid say £40, but for the Price of £135 they are not worth it, poorly made, cheap materials. Bought two pair shoes
Bought two pair shoes, turned out they didnt fit my feet at all, they were really small and cramped, was easy to make the return of the shoes.
Very unfortunate, but perhaps I will be able to find something in the future that fits better, but I will definitely try it on in the stores next time beforehand.
Love the brand
Love the brand, but buying directly from this site is nightmare. Shipping is unreliable-packages get delayed or sent to incorrect addresses. On top of that, customer service is incredibly unhelpful and difficult to deal with when trying to get real assistance.

I love Nike trainers. However, out of the last 10 orders online, I’ve been sent the wrong trainers twice. How does this even happen? Latest trainers were completely different and a size up 🤷🏼♂️ Nike need to up their game
product wasn't the same
i order blue nike dunks and the process of ordering is good only took two days to come or something like that. i got the package around or between 9:00am-1:00pm but the shoes were not blue dunk they were definitely freaking purple and not blue like the website and ordering it showed.
Good quality, delivery could be a little faster
Had a decent experience ordering from Nike. The website was easy to use, product details were clear, and the shoes arrived in good condition. The quality was what I expected from Nike.
Only thing I would say is the delivery updates could have been a little clearer, especially after the order shipped. Other than that, smooth experience overall.
Very disappointing customer service experience!
On Friday 5 June, I bought a pair of Nike Vomero Plus trainers, however the delivery has been delayed for unknown reasons. The delivery should be on Sunday 7 June.
I have contacted Nike customer service and resulted in the same response: to get more details about your tracking, please allow up to 24 hours so we can see following changes and I'll take note about what happen on this order here on our end. No one has been able to explain what has happened with my order. I'm extremely disappointed with Nike customer support and delivery handling. The parcel was delivered on Wednesday 10 June.
It’s the lack of communication, false promises, and wasting a customer’s time. I do NOT recommend Nike customer service based on my experience, and unfortunately, I will not be a returning customer.

Absolutely regret buying shoes thru Nike. I bought a custom pair of shoes- my second pair and the quality was junk compared to my first pair. I tried wearing them and the quality was so bad I ended up with cuts on one foot. I returned them per their 60 day return it for any reason only to have them sent back to me because they are worn.
They can't even follow their own policy! Never order from this crap company!

Wouldn't even rate them a 1 star if i am being completely honest. I received trainers for my son which didn't fit so were returned the next day. I had to chase for confirmation they had received as the tracking suggested. I was advised it was being looked into and as soon as my return was inspected the refund would be processed. I have had zero communication, other than having to chase myself to be told the refund will not be processed due to receiving a non nike product and attached an image of some old red shoe that I have apparently returned. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever just keep being told and the same thing repeated that I didn't return the correct product. Absolutely fuming! Will never ever ever purchase with them again. Im now a lot of money down, no refund or no trainers.
