A couple of poor experiences

I love Nike trainers. However, out of the last 10 orders online, I’ve been sent the wrong trainers twice. How does this even happen? Latest trainers were completely different and a size up 🤷🏼‍♂️ Nike need to up their game

product wasn't the same

i order blue nike dunks and the process of ordering is good only took two days to come or something like that. i got the package around or between 9:00am-1:00pm but the shoes were not blue dunk they were definitely freaking purple and not blue like the website and ordering it showed.

Good quality, delivery could be a little faster

Had a decent experience ordering from Nike. The website was easy to use, product details were clear, and the shoes arrived in good condition. The quality was what I expected from Nike.

Only thing I would say is the delivery updates could have been a little clearer, especially after the order shipped. Other than that, smooth experience overall.

Very disappointing customer service experience!

On Friday 5 June, I bought a pair of Nike Vomero Plus trainers, however the delivery has been delayed for unknown reasons. The delivery should be on Sunday 7 June.

I have contacted Nike customer service and resulted in the same response: to get more details about your tracking, please allow up to 24 hours so we can see following changes and I'll take note about what happen on this order here on our end. No one has been able to explain what has happened with my order. I'm extremely disappointed with Nike customer support and delivery handling. The parcel was delivered on Wednesday 10 June.

It’s the lack of communication, false promises, and wasting a customer’s time. I do NOT recommend Nike customer service based on my experience, and unfortunately, I will not be a returning customer.

Absolutely regret buying shoes thru…

Absolutely regret buying shoes thru Nike. I bought a custom pair of shoes- my second pair and the quality was junk compared to my first pair. I tried wearing them and the quality was so bad I ended up with cuts on one foot. I returned them per their 60 day return it for any reason only to have them sent back to me because they are worn.

They can't even follow their own policy! Never order from this crap company!

Wouldn't even rate them a 1 star if i am being completely honest. I received trainers for my son which didn't fit so were returned the next day. I had to chase for confirmation they had received as the tracking suggested. I was advised it was being looked into and as soon as my return was inspected the refund would be processed. I have had zero communication, other than having to chase myself to be told the refund will not be processed due to receiving a non nike product and attached an image of some old red shoe that I have apparently returned. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever just keep being told and the same thing repeated that I didn't return the correct product. Absolutely fuming! Will never ever ever purchase with them again. Im now a lot of money down, no refund or no trainers.

I bought a pair of shoes at Nike and the air bubbles underneath the shoes got damaged. I called to report what had happened and to my great surprise the corporate supervisor did not assist me in getting my shoes repaired. I am very disappointed with Nike and I will not buy any shoes from Nike again.

Never will buy from Nike again

Never will buy from Nike again. Their customer service is negligible. Bought a pair of Nike trainers and the shoe was clicking due to a defective or broken shank. They point blank refuses to exchange or repair. I told them my consumer rights and they still refused. I am disgusted with them

I bought shoes from Paris champ Élysée …give my money back

I bought shoes from Paris champ Élysée store on May 30th. I flew back to my country the same day. When I got home and opened the box, I found two pairs of right shoes, one size 41 and the other size 40.5. I contacted the store and asked them to rectify this situation. They told me I needed to come to Paris. It's as if they're mocking me by calling me to Paris because of their mistake. I requested a refund, but they won't accept it. Putting two right shoes of different sizes in the same box is not my fault, it's yours. Give me my money back. Why am I paying 180 Euros for shoes I can't even use? This is your fault. It's unbelievable that such a prestigious global brand would do this.

HORRIBLE

I purchased nike by you shoes - After a month didn't receive the shoes - Asked them where's my order - They replied that the order didn't go through, and they will give me a coupon as compensation. But the coupon doesn't apply for almost ALL SHOES! So I have no use of the coupon. The human customer service representative replies like a bot.

So no shoes, no coupon. Horrible experience.

Myself was intimidated, insulted, and threatened 2016 . Nike products anyone isn’t good company to work for all over America. why is it joined with all pro athletes even with company that oversees Olympic team USA athletes since I am volunteer to team USA am lifetime team USA fan counsel world citizens need kindness to love whomever all genders with without handicaps all beliefs. Parcel went missing and no resolution by Nike

Parcel went missing. Received an email saying delivered to brown bin but no card through the door and obviously had gone to a different address as it was nowhere to be found. I didn’t confirm a ‘safeplace’ so unclear why left in a bin as well. Contacted Nike about it, they made me wait 10 days then received a vague email saying a refund is denied. So I’m out £161 and have no product. It isn’t the consumer’s fault when deliveries aren’t fulfilled. Tried to call Nike a few times but the automatic AI voice assist kept prompting the wrong information and twice I ended up being put through to Nike SA instead of Nike UK so had to hang up. An absolute joke of customer service

Dear Nike Executive Customer Relations…

Dear Nike Executive Customer Relations Team,

I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the handling of Order C01585637823 and the unacceptable level of customer service I have received.

Immediately after placing my order for two pairs of shoes, I attempted to cancel one pair that I no longer wanted. I was informed that because more than 15 minutes had passed since the order was placed, cancellation was not possible and I would need to wait for delivery and then return the unwanted item.

I followed Nike’s instructions and returned the shoes. However, more than two weeks have now passed and I still have not received my refund.

During this time, I have contacted Nike Customer Service on numerous occasions. Every interaction has resulted in the same response: that an investigation is ongoing. No one has been able to explain what has happened to my return, provide a realistic timeframe for resolution, or offer any meaningful assistance.

From my perspective, Nike has either lost the returned item or failed to process it correctly. Regardless of the internal issue, it is unreasonable to expect a customer to wait indefinitely for a refund while repeatedly receiving generic responses.

What is particularly disappointing is that I have been a loyal Nike customer for more than 20 years. Throughout that time I have spent thousands of pounds on Nike products and have always trusted the brand. This experience has completely undermined that trust.

I find it unacceptable that:

* I was unable to cancel an unwanted item shortly after purchase.
* I was instructed to return the item instead.
* The returned item has apparently gone missing.
* More than two weeks later I am still waiting for my refund.
* Customer Service has been unable to provide any meaningful update or resolution.

I am requesting:

1. An immediate update on the status of the investigation.
2. Confirmation of when my refund will be processed.
3. A review of how this case has been handled by Nike Customer Service.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider escalating the issue through my payment provider and submitting a formal complaint to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

I sincerely hope Nike will resolve this matter quickly and restore my confidence in the brand.

The worst customer service exprerience by far!!!!

The worst customer service. I tried returning some running shoes that had bad quality (the fabric on the outside of the shoe started tearing after some months of light use) and the employee that assisted me mixed up the email. Now after sending the shoes the customer service doesn't want to help and blames that I mixed up the email. Of course I never received the refund! Never buying anything from Nike ever again!

Had a pair of vomero plus bought for me…

Had a pair of vomero plus bought for me for a birthday pressie. Needed a half size bigger, spoke to Nike, raised return & was sent return’s label. Sent the parcel off & it was delivered back to Nike as per the DHL tracking details, a few days later. However, Nike refuse to accept the parcel was delivered & will not refund me.
I will never shop with them again. I am furious as my whole family has shopped with them for years..
