I brought a pair of Nike Blazer Low By You trainers which I wanted for my boyfriends birthday. The delivery is 5-6 weeks because apparently they are customer made. Non of this information was stated clearly when I purchased them. I spoke with customer service who told me they was sorry and that there was nothing they could do. I then got an email straight after saying they had been shipped but still waiting almost 3 week later. I paid £100 for these trainers, I will not be shopping at Nike again. I have ordered products from China that have some quicker.

Nike the complete joke and clowns

I would have given no star but unable to. My son whom is autistic brought me a pair of trainer online with alot of help and support from his mother and sister. He was so happy that they would be delivered on father's day as per the Royalmail website. It did take Nike a long time to pick and dispatch the item.
So my son was so happy and we wait and was given a time slot the time slot came and went he was so upset and blamed himself after alot of support we managed to calm him down.
I contacted Royalmail and spoke to customer services and they said they believed it would be delivered that day. I also contacted Nike and all I got from their chat was to wait.
So the day was getting on so I contacted Royalmail again and this time it was escalated to the escalations department. Again I contacted Nike to be told again just to wait, about 15 minutes later was contacted by Royalmail escalations, and they said they would send an email and phone in the morning. Again I contacted Nike chat and again I was told to wait.

The following day I was phoned by Royalmail escalations and they told me that they had no reply from their email and no answer from phoning them either so I asked again what option did I have and was told I could go to the sorting office with ID and get the parcel. Again I contacted Nike and again told to wait as they were investigating and it will take 8 working days. A complete waste of time, after all of this I still havent got my parcel and Royalmail doesn't know where it even is . Nike dont want to know no parcel and out of pocket and Nike dont want to know.

Update:-
So it been confirm that Royalmail have lost my parcel I contacted Nike and explained i have email stating that Royalmail can't find the parcel. Nike will no accept this as they have there own investigation with Royalmail to do exactly what i've just had investigated by Royalmail, I have to wait 8 calendar days and then I will be emailed by Nike with a decision to what they will do. This is ridiculous from a company of this size customer service or Nike athletes joke they are call is not even in the UK pointless.

Product Quality

I bought a pair of Nike cleats and had them for less than a year before one of the cleats broke. Went back to the store that I bought them from and they said I had to contact Nike. I reached out to Nike and they told me they could not do anything because the manufacture date on the shoe was more than 2 years old. By the time I had bought them they were already 18 months into the 2 year mark that Nike says they would warranty the cleats. I don't feel that it is right for them to allow that their product sits on a shelf for 18 months and still be sold as new when they know that they will not do anything if it is past the 2 year mark.

I have always thought Nike was a good company that made good products. I understand that things that go wrong but what I don't understand is a company that will not stand behind what they make.

Stand behind your products.

Purchased shoes in December 2024, they shrunk so much to the point they have developed a hole in the front. Within 18 months I contacted Nike and they rejected the warranty claim.

Shoes were apparently manufactured in August 2023 and sat in inventory for 16 months and warranty counts from date of manufacture. Hardly fair that time starts from when a customer hasn't even purchased the item.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Nike. On June 3rd, I purchased official Brazil national team jerseys, expecting them to arrive in time as a special gift.

According to the estimated delivery date, my order was supposed to arrive on June 14th. However, today is June 21st, and I still have not received it. What is even more frustrating is that I have no idea what happened to my package. Every time I contact customer service, they are unable to provide any clear information or explanation about the delay.

I have not received a single email or update regarding the status of my order. These were official Brazil jerseys intended as a gift, so I had high expectations and was genuinely excited about this purchase. Instead, I have been left disappointed, frustrated, and without any answers.

I expected much better communication and customer service from a global brand like Nike. Delays can happen, but customers deserve to be informed and supported when problems occur. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

Very disappointing.

No assistance from Nike Assist!

I bought a pair of Nike Motiva trainers from Sports Direct which developed a fault. I returned them to Sports Direct but unfortunately they claimed this was after the return period for Sports Direct. I had approached Nike initially and received a response from Nike Assist who said to contact them if Sports Direct wouldn’t help. I did so and their response was that they wouldn’t assist because they would stand with the decision of Sports Direct!
I had read that Nike have a warranty on their products for 24 months from manufacture but Nike Assist never mentioned this.
So it would seem that the purpose of Nike Assist is not to assist!

Nike slides became badly deformed after rare use, claim rejected

I bought Nike slides and used them only rarely. After about one year, they became badly deformed, probably from heat or normal use, and started to look terrible. They were no longer comfortable or acceptable to wear.

I contacted Nike support and opened a product claim because I believe this is not normal quality for Nike footwear. Unfortunately, Nike rejected the claim and said their assessment remains unchanged, without offering any real solution, replacement, or refund.

I am very disappointed. I expected much better durability and customer support from Nike. For me, this product completely lost its shape far too quickly, and the warranty process felt useless.

After this experience, I would not buy Nike slides again.

Nike is absolutely not what it used to…

Nike is absolutely not what it used to be. These are boots—they are supposed to be rugged. Instead, the glue is completely separating, and the upper is peeling right off the midsole. These boots have been worn so lightly they still look completely deadstock. No puddles, no mud, no rough terrain just walking on flat floors inside a store. They look cool, but the build quality is a joke. You could genuinely buy a better-made pair of boots off Temu.
The worst part is that I used to be a loyal supporter. I stood down for Nike and defended them even when everyone else was turning on them and boycotting the brand. This experience completely opened my eyes. It made me realize that all those people who had a problem with Nike back in the day weren't just spreading bullshit their complaints were rooted in fact.
When I brought this up, Nike’s customer service was shocking. The employee refused to even look at the shoes or try to help me, despite being well within two years of purchase. When I was visibly flabbergasted by the lack of help and told her I’d let everyone know the truth about what’s going on here, she actually laughed at me.
Well, here I am keeping my promise. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually respects its customers and stands behind its products. I’m done with Nike for good. Nike carbon react SFS CHEAPEST PIECE OF SHIT I lost 137$ on this piece of garbage

I was promised that when back instock, the half price would be honoured. I contacted them today despite the trainers being same price but different colour they will not honour their promise, I have a scrernshot of the chat, absolutely shocking. I thought Nike website was a good place to shop, stay away if you don’t want disappointment

A known manufacturing defect with Nike mind 2shoe

Nike introduced the mind 2 shoe and admitted to me that they had a manufacturing problem where the soul lugs were falling out on the shoe. Nike told me to send the shoe back and that they were going to credit me, especially taking it to consideration. I’m a regular purchaser through their app. I received a claim denial saying that the shoe was older than two years old and that there was no appeal to the claim what a croc the shoe was just introduced, and they know there is a problem and a manufacturing defect. As a matter of fact, they just recently stopped selling the shoe due to that issue. What a horrible company with the service and support that they’re extending to an established long-term customer. It is inconceivable that anyone would buy this shoe or support Nike. After this experience. I have never returned anything and when they verify they have a known issue with this issue and will not support a customer upon a return with a receipt on a brand new pair of shoes that I just purchased is completely unacceptable. I want everyone to know this ban Nike.

Never buy at nike.com

Never buy at nike.com. The product was not well made. The chatbot didn't understand me. The support representative gave me incorrect information. I now have to return the product and might get my money back if I'm lucky. An extreme amount of hassle for an expensive product that's defective. Feel let down

We went to the Dawsonville North…

We went to the Dawsonville North Georgia premium outlets and a young lady at that Nike store was pleasant from the moment she greeting us. She asked if we needed any help and she got me signed up with an account. Her name is Axel. My kids tried on several items locking their selves out of the dressing room twice and at all times the staff was so nice. Thank you all for making this trip to Nike a great one.

As a loyal Nike customer who has spent…

As a loyal Nike customer who has spent a significant amount of money with the brand over the years, I am extremely disappointed by the way my recent order issue has been handled.

My order was marked as delivered, but Royal Mail delivered the wrong parcel. I immediately reported the issue and provided photographic evidence to support my claim. Despite this, I have repeatedly been met with scripted responses and told to simply wait.

What I find particularly frustrating is that clear evidence has been provided showing that my order was not delivered to me, yet Nike appears unwilling to take ownership of the problem. Instead, I have been asked to wait a further eight days before any meaningful action is taken.

Mistakes happen, and I understand that delivery companies sometimes make errors. What separates great companies from poor ones is how they deal with those mistakes. Unfortunately, my experience with Nike customer service has been one of delay, lack of urgency, and a complete absence of common sense.

As the retailer, Nike is responsible for ensuring that customers receive the goods they have paid for. A tracking status showing “Delivered” does not change the fact that I do not have my order.

I expected much better from a global brand with Nike’s reputation. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the company, and unless this matter is resolved properly, I will think twice before ordering directly from Nike again.
