The paint was ideal for the job I planned, which was a shed base. The price was good and it was delivered in a secure package.
Would have been a 5 Star Review but the delivery was held up by DPD. Not the suppliers fault. When I contacted them they apologised, refunded the £3.99 delivery fee and said they'd make the courier aware of the 24hr delivery promise.
I would use this supplier again.

I ordered Bedec Acrylic Floor Paint tinted to BS 4800 06 D 45 Teak/Mace. The paint supplied is a bright terracotta orange, rather than the muted brown, tobacco-toned colour consistently shown for this recognised BS shade.

I tested the paint both on the floor and separately on paper, in different lighting conditions. I fully understand that lighting, surface and sheen can affect how a colour appears, but the difference here is far beyond a minor variation.

I contacted the company with photographs and explained the problem. They contested this paint is a correct match, and they refused to refund or remix it.

I've bought from this company before and the delivery service and speed has been great. But as this was sold as a colour match to a specific British Standard reference, I expected greater accuracy. I am now left with 2.5 litres of unusable floor paint and the cost of buying a replacement elsewhere.

I would not order another custom-mixed colour from this company.

I ordered a few different things - communication and delivery was great. I had an issue when ordering custom paint but this was duly rectified by customer services in a fast and professional manor. Basically the colour code I entered has multiple options for their machine and so I was sent the wrong paint. I gave this feedback to customer services and they took it on board and have since issued a full refund for the paint. I will definitely use this company again in the future!

Far from Next Day Paints my experience was more Never Again Paints. Ordered on Friday afternoon paid extended (extra pricing) for faster painting hoping to get it on Monday but definitely by Tuesday. Received order confirmation but no shipping updates. Called up Monday eve on hold for 15 mins to then get cut off as it was after 5pm. Still nothing until I called again on Tuesday morning when they said oh sorry it's not been posted yet. Terrible service! Job got delayed, had to go all the way to Dulux Decorator Centre (which was cheaper in the end) and asked for some form of compensation which they refused, offering instead 'free delivery' on my next order. There ain't gonna be a next order unless it's a legal order to change their mis-leading and deceptive company name!!!!
