Don’t trust them with your holiday !
We got allocated a rear ground floor room at Vounaki beach club overlooking a very busy road with fast motorbikes, Lorries and car noise until early hours of the morning which you can still hear loudly with the double doors closed. Unable to use the little verranda area with the noise. It has triggered me for the whole holiday anfter heavy period of stress ang work. We have been looking into early flight home. Offered a room upgrade for 500 euro or another room closer to the road a few doors up which is just as bad (rep offered to show us this without even knowing where it was ! Must think we are stupid) . Will be pursuing formal claiim when we get back on 24th. No information given about the busy road or noise during booking (it was a surprise for a special occasion) . Might as well have stayed at home and enjoyed my own main road. This was not explained at all at the time of booking - this was the last thing I expected to be worrying about given the price of these holidays. Never again.

Good quote and knowledgeable Customer service. I was anticipating a call back at a specific time 24 hours after the quote so I could go ahead and book. I ended up having to chase and panicked I may have missed the availability.

The booking process was reasonably straightforward however it was not easy to see what dates and prices were available. Done choices on moving to next page would say your dates not available so slightly frustrating when trying to compare

Your "live price" was £5581 or so, I paid and then found out the price was now £6050 due to "dynamic airline pricing" on BA's part. I was later offered £5800 which happens to be half way between the two and so I paid the £220 incremental

Been on hols with them 15 times now so must be good.

4th time booked at this resort with Neilson and probably 15th holiday with this brilliant company. Amazing value for money and the best staff . Bit sad they couldn’t keep the Italian resort.

Helpful, informative, reliable and efficient telephone experience

Unable to access booking information by using email adres (have used before on a Neilson holiday) or create a new account -

I had been looking for an inclusive holiday for our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) that allowed me to relax yet had plenty of activities for the teenagers (and me when I felt the need). Having almost given up hope, I found this holiday to Crete which seems to have all of those things included. I hope I'm not disappointed! The booking process was all relatively straightforward, although I would have liked an option to change the flights as a redeye flight at 0545 would not be our chosen time to fly!

Information was clear and the system works well.

Found everything quickly. It was straightforward and I got what I wanted (yacht-wise).

Couldn’t use the code to get my return customer money at the bar (which could be better tbh!!! I know it costs a lot more than that for all the advertising you do)

Then when I went to a phone call the lady tried to connect several times but didn’t hear me (she kept saying perfect but at the end still couldn’t hear??). I moved round the house several times and she tried calling back. I called my husband straight away and it was a fine connection. It became so frustrating and for almost £10k I was very close to giving up.

So much on offer here and the staff are so friendly. You can be doing something every hour or just relax. The choice is yours.

We’re booking our family holiday for 7 of us from 59 yrs to 20 months old. Neilson ticks so many boxes and this is our third return to Messini.

Fantastic staff, friendly, knowledgeable and this made booking our holiday so easy. Choosing Sardinia and speaking to someone who had been there twice was another plus. Having pressed the button on the phone for a call back as the lines were busy I was very impressed that within minutes of finishing my booking I got a call to ask if I wanted to book a holiday!

Good information. User friendly interface. Good choice of options. Well described and good images. Confirmation emails very helpful.
