Customer service needs a lot of improvement.
Need to have extensions for staffs. Can’t call and speake to 10 different staff when you already dealt with another staff previously on the same topic.

Amanda Pacheco and Belinda Tavares were both extremely helpful organizing insurance on a car we just purchased. Very satisfied with the service.

I have police report saying it was not my fault and they are still saying I'm at fault... I also have been into the office numerous times and the person I gave the police report to never sent it to my insurance company but said she did.. have sent her email since she's never in the office apparently and still no reply ..its been months !

As a first time car buyer there are many different stresses that accompany a purchase of that magnitude, insurance often being one of the biggest, but not with staff member Dylan Polfliet. Not only was this company able to provide me with the best priced insurance from Windsor to Toronto, I was able to get all of my business taken care of via email and phone simply and quickly, which was extremely convenient!

I have just recently found out about the companies enticing policies for motorcycle insurance when you pair it along with existing car insurance which will definitely be put to use summer 2019.

I will be passing this company along to friends and family who are over paying or not getting the service they deserve.

Very hard to get in contact with a broker

I am no longer a customer since end June 2018, yet I have received insurance renewal in the mail in August. Trust your office has updated systems to operate client files and yet my file has not been updated and closed. I have emailed Vivian last week. I hope to hear from her after the Labour Day weekend!
