I am very unhappy with the service. It was communicated to us that our sofa will be delivered in 12 weeks and it is almost 16 weeks. I have guests coming from abroad and my sofa is still not delivered . Didn’t find it value for money. The customer expections are not met . If the delay was expected we should have been notified.Wont recommend it to anyone

Service I received at Trafford store was great he kept the shop open for me and left at 10pm ash Rana was great

Jamie at Leeds was amazing, friendly, and lovely to talk to. We were offered plenty of guidance and support, but we didn't feel rushed, or pressed to buy anything. After browsing a number of other stores nearby we came straight back, in part because the sofas were the best we found, but we then deliberately came back to finalise our purchase on Jamie's next day they were working so we could buy through them. Excellent service.

Excellent choice of beautiful sofas, no hassle or following around by staff but extremely helpful when needed advice. Quick and easy ordering. Over all extremely happy. Shahid was amazing extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

Just bought a 3 and 2 seater in this store .. Conor really looked after us and have us some really practical help and advice on different sofas. No pressure to buy and he gave us the time and help to make the right choice. Very satisfied customers .. would recommend 😌

Grant H was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all, the service provided was great from start to finish. The buying experience was with their DE Designer sofa brand which is great quality with a variety of colour and material choices, you effectively build your own! We would highly recommend Grant H and his team to give you a memorable experience for all the right reasons, the coffee was a nice touch too!

David at White City absolutely nailed it - wasn't too overbearing but also there and attentive when required - with enough insight and knowledge on the product!
