Excellent service and very professional advice

Aida provided outstanding service from start to finish. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave very professional, honest advice throughout the process.

Based on her recommendations, we purchased two sofas, and we are extremely happy with the choice. Her suggestions were thoughtful, practical, and clearly based on experience rather than just trying to sell.

Aida was patient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for expert design advice and a smooth, stress-free experience.

Well what a pleasant experience visiting Natuzzi Italia at the Batley retail park. Gavin the manager was excellent to deal with not pushy or following us around the store as several other shops we visited did.
The choice of sofas available was far superior to the mainstream shops on the retail park.
Can’t wait for the delivery.

The gentleman who served us was called Dave he was very helpful and polite. He answered all of our questions. He wasn’t pushy or in your face which I found very refreshing. This is why I gave your company five star thank you Mrs. Kennedy.

Shahid introduced himself and gave us some information about the company and their products when we arrived and then left us to browse. No one following us around and no pushy sales. Shahid and Gary, the store manager, were both very helpful and easy to talk to. Even though we had to go home to do sone measurements and the deal was ending, they honoured it for the next day when we came back with all our info. Again all with no pressure. Pleasure to buy from and we chose a lovely colour we had never even considered before visiting!

Bought 2 sofas for my living room, Frank (Assistant GM) provided great service over a long time (couple of hours) including showing various styles, discussing colour / texture options, pricing and ordering. Relaxed atmosphere in store and recommend coming here for home purchases

Our salesperson Michelle was kind, very helpfull and supportive. We were looking for an elegant recliner sofa for quite some time but always disappointed in the same kind of sofa. Natuzzi Uddingston offers a nice range of modern but also classic Italian design. Loved our experience there.
