Ordered the trial box of forage. Great price with a free p&p code. Came quickly and well packaged. However the product was already on the way to being defrosted. Hope it will be ok as I put in the freezer straight away.

Great amazing quality food , although I do think the range should include some options with added vegetables in the food as my dog doesn’t like the forage range only the pure meat range but does like vegetables so I have to add those in extra

My 5 month old puppy has been eating Naturaw Puppy for more than 2 months. He loves both recipes. I researched thoroughly to find brands and ingredients I believed would support optimal health and I’m not disappointed. His eyes sparkle and his coat gleams. We’re both very happy with Naturaw, it lives up to its promotional info.

Would give 5 but one delivery, i had to contact the courier as it hadn’t turned up, was afraid it would defrost!

I love the new packaging - easy to recycle. The product is great - dog loves his food. I appreciate the British sourced meat because I trust the welfare standards and quality.

I have a 4 1/2 year old French Bulldog, who has been on a raw food diet from being weened. I have tried many brands over the years but Naturaw is the only one that manages to tick all of the boxes . I love the company ethos, the customer service and the quality of the ingredients. The final plus is it’s the only brand not to cause him any stomach issues, which means he’s very healthy with a really shiny coat.

The company have now been in touch with me and refunded the cost of defrosted trays. It took 9 days from them to respond to my second email which they have apologised for. At the moment the packaging is the same so I am leaving the rating and going to see if they can address the defrosting issue as it was a huge hassle with last delivery.

DO NOT BUY!!

The new corrugated cardboard insulation is completely useless. My last two orders have arrived with top trays that are completely defrosted. Previously with wool insulation they were arriving ok.
The box was full and delivery time met the 24 hours so it is all down to the new packaging, the company does not seem interested as other reviews here have reported the same issue and no changes have been made to fix it.
There is no customer service to speak of- my first email was acknowledged but none to the full up. I ordered 90 trays- 14 we’re defrosted- They have not refunded the 14 trays I had to bin just advised they can be refrozen if cold and to buy from shop in future. I do not believe this is adequate response as previously my dogs have been ill after I refroze trays from last delivery that were not as fully defrosted as these. Where is the health and safety in this company ? Raw dog food needs to be handheld appropriately.
Previously I thought food was good but now I have no confidence in them- even buying from stockists could not be guaranteed good quality as I believe they use standard packaging for all sales so they could well have the same issue and customer needs to trust they haven’t refrozen trays..
Honestly I am shocked not only that this happened but the lack of response from the company is not good enough.

Our dogs love naturaw, they seem to thrive on it, they’re healthy happy dogs with a beautiful shiny coat.
The bonus too is the eco friendly packaging!

We’ve been feeding Naturaw to our 15 month old pup since he was 8 weeks old. He has thrived on the food which is always a good consistency. The service is also excellent. Deliveries arrive when expected, they’re always still frozen, and the packaging never leaks.
