I would wholeheartedly recommend Naturaw products. My dog can be fussy with her food but has consistently stuck with Naturaw. The products stack easily in the freezer and I mix them up so I get a diff... See more

My Boxer just loves this food. Notoriously difficult to feed, he took to it like a duck to water. We haven’t looked back. He has allergies to chicken- we now order the poultry free range, simple and effective. A happy boxer !

The food is well packed and easy to get too, the only problem I feel is that you do not need to put any paper under the dinners, as it causes the paper to get tangled in the food, anyway my dog loves your meals.

First time feeding raw to a pup and really pleased with how she is developing. Service excellent and system easy to use. Like the recyclability of the packaging.

Fab natural raw food - our dog (Border Collie) loves it, her digestion and coat are great and the chicken is free range. Highly recommend!

We've been feeding Naturaw to our Working Cocker Spaniel since he was 7 months old and he's now just over two years old. The vet says he's in excellent condition and weight, very lean and good muscle definition (what with endless walks). People are always remarking on his silky and shiny coat. He's a happy boy. We alternate between Forage and all meat and also add some kibbles, sprats and salmon oil to the mix.

Nice company to do business with. "The proof is in the pudding" as they say. My dachshund loves the food. Nothing is left in the plate, ever!

I am taking the (for me) unusual step of leaving a negative review due to the appalling customer service I have recently received. I don’t normally bother because everyone slips up from time to time, I don’t have time to leave reviews and businesses don’t need negativity. For once, I’m making an exception.
2 stars are given because the quality of the food has always been excellent, and the service until recently (including both the website - which has never been user friendly- and the mailing- which has been okay) was manageable.
I have been ordering directly from the company for at least a year now for two dogs, and have finally figured out the correct amount of boxes needed for their food to match my tiny freezer and tight budget.
Why order from Naturaw when my budget is tight? Both of them are permanently sick dogs with skin conditions (including lumps that bleed), and good-quality food was the only thing that seems to help.
Around the beginning of November, I realised my dogs’ food supply was running low and their food delivery, which usually arrived on Tuesday, hadn’t shown up. I went on the website to attempt to find contact info to locate the parcel, and found that my parcel hadn’t even been shipped. I had not been notified of this. (Strike 1)
The website said that my subscription box was empty, despite it having been correct and delivering for the past few months. I assumed that their website update had erased my box and went through manually creating it again (5 boxes of food, 3 packs of treats). The order still wouldn’t place, so I started a web chat with an agent. I was told that the amount I needed to place had gone to *AT LEAST* 8 boxes of food due to their new packaging programme. (No update on this previously - Strike 2). I explained that due to the size of my freezer, I was worried about being pushed into buying large amounts of food (the current amount takes 1 whole drawer of 3), and that secondly, I had managed to figure out the correct amount for my dogs in a week was 5 boxes, so I’d have to either buy 5 or 10 boxes, and I’d need to speak to my other half and would have to potentially stop buying from them. The agent did not respond further (no suggestions or ideas or reassurance). Strike 3.
I spoke to my other half and we agreed that we’d just have to clear our food from the freezer - after all, our girls are more important. I doubled the order and thought I’d placed it. The website reminded me this time that my order needed to have AT LEAST EIGHT ITEMS (which - thanks to my chat with the agent alone - I knew meant food trays, not treat bags). When I checked the next day, it told me that my payment details needed updating (!!) (Again, no update - Strike 4)
I entered these again and the next day, everything seemed to have gone through.
The order finally arrived yesterday - with a short note to say that BECAUSE I’d ordered more than eight items, they had cancelled two of my boxes!! (Strike 5)
So I’m now short of dog food, and left trying to calculate when I need to place the next order, because it can’t possibly stick to a schedule now. Absolutely fantastic for a woman who’s battling three chronic disabilities, ADHD, the NHS, a full time job and a degree, to now have to deal with this too. And I have a day off today to study, so I’m taking the time to write this. I wouldn’t normally bother.
If that weren’t enough, the boxes that they took out were the cheapest ones, leaving me with a short order and the most expensive boxes to pay for. (Strike 6)
Lastly, just went on to the website to confirm that pure blend and venison are definitely the most expensive, and saw that my “ten” boxes are still on order to come in two weeks. Which they won’t. Again.
Absolute joke. Such a shame, as the food is brilliant. The service has gone from “okay” to abysmal. That’s two customers down. Well done.

Ever since my dog trainer recommended moving my dog's diet to RAW, he has thrived. I have a 1 year old french bulldog and he loves Naturaw! He gobbles it up so quickly that I've had to buy him a slow feeder, so he can enjoy it for longer.
I myself love that Naturaw uses sustainable packaging. Whether its the biodegradable containers, or the recyclable boxes and packaging that they come in. All for the benefit of future net zero, less CO2 emissions in packaging and overall benefit for the planet.

Very impressed - dogs happy and healthy, packing is all recyclable and the food is easy to portion.

I have always bought in the past your small and medium boxes. It was simple to order. You just click a button and you got a mixed box of dog food. (Small or Large).Easy Squeezy. Now I have to mess around selecting different packs. At a considerable expense in time and money. Why did you not just put up the cost of delivery and cost of a mixed pack. We are thinking of looking for an alternative dog food.

Not one bad thing to say!
Always arrives still frozen, amazing selection to choose from, price is fantastic, my girls absolutely love it!

Five star food and treats, and now a five star website as well. The food and treats from Naturaw have always been amazing, as well as their no plastic packaging, but their website and subscription model always infuriated me. Since the recent update, the whole process of subscribing and managing my subscription has gotten so much better.
