The WORST shopping experience EVER
The WORST shopping experience EVER! Once you buy, it's done. No way to return or get a refund.
I'm still having e-mails going back and forth over 20 times, they can't figure out what they are doing.
Won't ever shop mystic EVER again! Be careful folks.

NO REFUND
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Mystic Store.
I placed an order which was never delivered because I did not receive any notification or SMS about the pickup. The parcel was returned without my knowledge, and it has now been over two months without any refund.
I have contacted customer service multiple times and only received vague responses such as “we have escalated the issue,” but no resolution has been provided.
This situation is unacceptable. I paid for an order I never received, and my money has still not been returned.
I kindly ask Mystic Store to contact me directly and resolve this issue immediately by issuing my refund.
If this is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with further action through my bank.
I expect a response as soon as possible.
