Was expecting no toll delivery, was not written that sending from another land. Payed more tolls than ordered things.

Would expect the product to be toll free since they are using a .no domain. also, they did a poor job telling that it was going to be tolled and taxed.

Got my parcel from the .no website yet…
Got my parcel from the .no website yet still had to pay 400.-kr in taxes, shameful. Not mentioned anywhere on the website that that could happen.
Worst part? Almond butter pot came completely smashed. Asked for reimbursement, let’s see how long that takes.
Never again.

I paid around 400 for my protein…
I paid around 400 for my protein powder, I thought that was an ok price. When i received my package I had to pay another 400. Overall 800 for a little protein powder, way to expensive.

Terrible service
It's not clearly stated that orders are coming from abroad and incur import taxes that are higher than what you are buying.
I refused the order and have been waiting for a refund for more than a month. The customer service is either unreachable or unhelpful.
Update: Finally, I got a hold of their customer service on Facebook which promptly issued a refund.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They give the impression of being a local Norwegian company but when the goods arrive you’ll have to pay A LOT for customs and tax. It’s a sneaky and underhanded way of doing business.

På grunn av disse endringene og mangel på informasjon fra regjeringen, er det stor usikkerhet med hensyn til nøyaktig hvordan bestillingen din blir behandlet i tollen.
Vi beklager virkelig dette, og vi jobber hardt for å forstå hva dette vil bety for både våre kunder og for oss i fremtiden. Will never order for Myprotein again
Ordered from Norway, and information that the customer must pay customs and VAT was very well hidden on the website (if there at all!) - as several of the reviews suggest. They probably do not want potential customers to see this - because as in my case the purchase was 100% more expensive - and it will keep customers away. They probably make a lot of money from it though. Well, fool me once ... I will never buy from Myproteine again.

Do NOT order from them if you live in Norway!!!
I didnt know the rules when it comes to toll and moms. I m from Croatia where if someone orders from UK or USA, doesnt pay anything more than shipping. Therefore, I didn t think of any extra charge when I was buying the product.
Yes, one can see info about toll n moms n whatever on shipping info, but as it says “myprotein.NO”, one can think that is some shop in Norway or that they have a big storage in Norway where they send items from. They could put the info when one is about to pay or on their front page so people can see it right away!
So, if you order from Norway something from myprotein, it will be god damn expensive in the end. It is better to go to Sweden or just buy it in Norway.
I ll make sure people know about this more because I m pretty sure there are people who are not aware! And company should think a bit about their webpage and where they put info if they care about customers!
I m not buying anything ever again!!!!

Good but disappointing
I have been MyProtein customer for the past two or three yrs and i purchase my gym accessories and clothes from there. Its cheap but not quality neither in gym accessories nor in gym pants. They are not properly sewed and some wash they tear down and lose their quality.👎😐 Gym shirts are best one and i have almost 15 differents of them same as their pants so i can use clean when i go gym. 👍
Sales for their "Norwegian customers" are completely rubbish! Always misleading! Just an example from todays 07.07. Its written 35% sale on everything, when you click there its only for some not everything. Sad! You make your customers to visit your webpage which is more like deceiving them to believe everything is on sale! 🙁
Most of the time when new stuffs arrives, you have to wait long so their prices get down or get a discount code so you can purchase it which is not always that discounted code works for such a product even its written for everything. 🙁
Shipping is fast with tracking numbers, which is great and i love it. Cheaper than most of Norwegian online shop! 😉
To fuel your customers ambitions is to work on clothing quality and proper sale codes which you offer for everything but in reality is for some.

I ordered from myprotein.no the first time to Norway, there was no readable info that the shipment would come from UK, which means I didn't think about all the tax and VAT I would have to pay before ordering, which maybe would've changed my mind in the first place. The estimated delivery time was 14 days, it's now been 17 and I have no information where my package is. Also I got a mail from Norwegian customs office that I need to send an invoice and my personal details to them. I asked Myprotein for an invoice which logically should be in my mailbox when I pay for the stuff but it wasn't, I got that invoice 2 days after the request, which means thats probably 2 more extra days without my goods. After all the positive reviews before ordering, I'm dissappointed that my first experience with this supplier is so negative.

Still haven’t gotten the money back for…
Still haven’t gotten the money back for my two orders which I returned, over 1 month now. I was so loyal to the brand and me and my friends which I referred, including my girlfriend have bought more than probably 5 orders within a week. They still treat me bad, and the messages I have exchanged are so terrible on their side, some of them cant even track their own packages and they dont even read well and answer my questions.
Edited: Once again, they dont read properly. I Said two orders!!!
