I placed order 1103482607 for bouquet delivery on March 30th between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. My order wasn't delivered until 7:00 PM. As a result, my bouquet was delivered March 31st only. The company didn't respond to emails.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam! if you check their Instagram you will see that a lot of people never get the order nor their money back! it’s incredible how many are scammed by this company! I don’t recommend this service to anyone! you will just loose money!

Very terrible!

Very terrible!

If you want to have a reliable delivery on time, dont order there.

I ordered some flowers for my girlfriend on a friday. I chose the following saturday as the date for the delivery. So they said the delivery time on saturday is somewhere between 10 am and 9 pm. So My girlfriend waited the whole day for the delivery. In the afternoon, i asked them When the delivery will arrive and they answered anytime until 9 pm. I began getting sceptical because there was only step 3 out of 6 in the Order process, so Not Even in the delivery process. The flowers were Not delivered on that saturday, in contrast to the Promise. On sunday, i requested the Order again and they Said that the flowers could Not be delivered, cause nobody was there. This was a ridiculous lie because she lives with 7 people and she waited the whole time. Of course, The company couldnt prove that the flowers were in the delivery process that day. They said on sunday there will Not be a delivery, so the „next try“ will be on monday. I wrote multiple Mails, that i want to cancel it and get a refund, because the whole Point of delivering the flowers on the day i booked it wasnt fulfilled. There was no Chance to get a refund at this Company. The flowers finally arrived on monday afternoon.

So i have to say, if you are interested that your flowers will be delivered on the day you booked it, dont choose interflora.
Dont trust the advertise they made on Website.

Very unreliable, very untrustworthy company, very bad service.

Item wasn´t delivered on time

Item wasn´t delivered on time.

The company is incapable of meeting the deadlines it promisses.
I've ordered a bouquet of flowers which could be delivered that day (according to the site) two days prior the delivery date.
Untill now nothing as been delivered and only the payment has been accepted.

I'm satisfied

People will often only review something when they're not satisfied so I'll tell you about my experience.

I've seen many flower stores with bad reviews. This one was one of the best I found in the region I was trying to get flowers to.
I ordered them for Valentines and she got them at around 11:30, looking like expected. The bouquet is in good condition, I'm satisfied and I'll probably buy from them again.
It really was important, so I'm relieved.

Even with the storms these past few days, mostly rain at this time being. I was pretty unsure if it would even arrive in the first place.

Of course it depends where you order to, especially internationally is simply hard to pull off. It seems like some people order to far places, I don't think it's unusual that that's hard.
Less traveling obviously turns out better in most cases.

Total scam.

I bought flowers online for my grandmother after being misled by a deceptive offer on the website. Their webpage states that they provide 24-hour deliveries across Europe. I placed the order in advance, but it was never delivered. They charged me, and despite my complaints, they have not responded. What’s surprising is that there are thousands of customers facing the same issue.

Delivered to incorrect city/location

I ordered birthday flowers for my mom in Portugal. I entered the address correctly, but they attempted to deliver to a different city. They called and said that I should request a refund. There is no clear way to contact them, other than an online form, which I used, but no response. Then I received an email saying that the arrangement had been delivered, which was not true. The issue has not been rectified. Poor customer service process.

4 days after I contacted the company, they provided a refund.

Order with Interflora Portugal on 26th…

Order with Interflora Portugal on 26th November, it wasn’t delivered and until now 08th December I haven’t receive my refund. I already send a lots of emails but no answer.
Poor service, not recommended.

Highly suggesting not to use the service

Highly suggest not to use the service. I've tried using it 3 times on 3 different but important personal occasions. All 3 times failed - no delivery and a refund. Moreover, the 3rd time there was not even a contact from support mentioning that the delivery will not occur. So I've spent around 6h at home waiting for delivery that never happened.

What a trash service overall.

Always perfect flowers and arrangements. Excellent and caring customer service. Always checks recipient is at home before setting out on delivery which is appreciated.

Easy ordering and beautiful flowers BUT BUT BUT

Easy ordering. Delivered on time and beautiful flowers. BUT BUT BUT the follow up emails and page links to give feed back lack language choices. You may be ordering for delivery in one country from another country and therefore can't read the follow up pages because they are only in the delivered country's language. Also the pages are not translatable by click of a button as other pages are. And some clickable buttons with text are images so you can't copy and paste the text into a translator. Therefore only 2 STARS. The Interflora webmaster needs to get this sorted out.

A company with no real people who communicate via AI very badly

My delivery didn’t arrive. I chased via on line live chat whose response sounded AI generated. Just like the flowers that never arrived the promised refund did not either . Again it was down to me to chase. Again another generic reply which did not address the disgraceful mistakes with my original very expensive order. Still no refund . They clearly have no proper staff and their designated florists who’s been assigned our orders are woefully inadequate. It’s the old cliche of “ if I could give no stars I would”. This is a company on its knees. Just don’t trust them with an order . The order was via UK Interflora to a Uk address

No delivery, no customer service.

Placed order for mothers day but did not get anything delivered. It's 2 days later now and still nothing.

You can't call Interflora and they do not reply to e-mails.

Stay away.

Ordered Sweetheart fir a dear friends special birthday. Nothing like the photograph. Inferior quality sparse cheap flowers!
Made a complaint, sent a picture of the rubush I paid £70 +

My ordered was never delivered

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a close friend on a specific date, but not only has it not been delivered, I haven't received any response to any of my emails to Interflora Portugal. Now I’m left with no flowers, no replies despite multiple attempts to contact them through both customer service and their Instagram inbox, and their chat feature isn't working either. It feels nearly impossible to reach them through any channel. I’ve already paid for the flowers, so I’m left unsure whether I’ll even get my money back. I chose Interflora because of their good reputation, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. It seems my only option now is to leave a negative review, hoping they’ll finally take notice.
