Great quality of product, very nice vanilla taste, much of a help when it comes to staying fit and helping me train hard in the gym. Shipment was very fast as well, arrived a day earlier than expected.

I have been a customer for years
I have been a customer for years. Apart from the prices that are skyrocketing, the delivery takes more than it should. Other sites deliver in just 2 working days, myprotein delivery takes over a week and possibly more.

No information on the packages
The products didn't have instructions on them, and when I asked, customer service replied vaguely. You shouldn't need to go online to see the instructions for the recommended dose for a product you bought.
For melatonin, it only says take before bed. Does not specify how much earlier or anything.

Checkout fiekds didnt exactly make sence. No comment area or somewhere to place name on doorbell.

Bad app (mostly the sign up process)
The worst experience i ever had with an app or the website from the phone. from the computer it worked ok but from the phone it was the worst. i spend a good 2 hours trying to get the order through with no luck because the app was sending me to create an acount that to verify from the email was sending me back to the same stage in the app and again that loop. it was getting an unexpected error so i couldnt even understand what was wrong. very bad. i should have to create a profile in your company to order. also on the app not all the name of the flavor of the protein is shown and you cant see it anyway you try. generally dont use the app. Go on the computer to order

Used a disposable card for the payment…
Used a disposable card for the payment and it was denied by the bank. The notiffication from the bank said that the merchant tried to save the card details for future payments, something i did not agree to. There was no option for saving card. It looks suspicious.
