Missleading Pricing.
While increasing list pricing on-demand and providing big discounts is a missleading practice for false demand creation especially with best-seller products like Whey Isolate Protein. As a consumer, I dislike this practice.

Wrong flavor
The flavor I was choosing when ordering (chocolate) kept changing in the final order (vanilla) . So basically I wanted chocolate flavored protein powder and received vanilla without my consent

Very bad customer service
Very disappointing customer service experience. I have purchased many products from this company in the past, but my recent experience was extremely frustrating.Today, I placed an order and completed the payment. Shortly afterwards, I wanted to add one more item to the same order to avoid paying additional shipping costs. I contacted customer service before the order was processed, hoping they could assist me, but unfortunately I could not get the necessary support.
The representatives did not speak Greek and their English communication was very limited, making it difficult to resolve such a simple request. Responses were also slow, and I was unable to receive proper assistance.As a result, I had to place and pay for a second order on the same day, including additional shipping costs, even though this could have easily been avoided with better customer service.I am very disappointed, especially as a loyal customer who has purchased many of their products. I expected a much higher level of support and a more customer-focused approach.

Their product return process is…
Their product return process is completely dysfunctional. I had to message them countless times, only to receive extremely delayed and unhelpful responses. I was forced to repeat and describe my problem three or four times just for them to understand why I couldn’t return the product.
When they finally understood and sent me the return link, things got even worse. After sending the items back, they emailed me claiming I returned the wrong product—confusing it with a cheaper item from my order. In reality, I had returned the correct, more expensive item, resulting in them refunding me less money than they owed. I have already pointed this out to them, but they never replied. Unacceptable customer service.
