Deceiving Policies....
Although there is for a short period of time a flash sale through Vodafone CU around (50% = offer 1241), you finally do NOT accept the advertised sale coupon, with the excuse of an already running sale in the web site. So, what for this promotion, if you are unable to execute??? Why there's no such notice at the "Terms and conditions"??? So, you are deceiving your customers. Not for long ......

Poor website design and bugs
The translation of the Greek version of the website is poor.
Same product with different colour variations are not represented effectively. Organizing into categories should be improved.
Filters are also not optimal. There should be a size filter to filter out sizes not in stock.
The sizing charts are not always accurate. For example the size chart for socks refers to irrelevant measurements, instead of having a conversion table between UK and EU sizes.
Product descriptions are sometimes lacking most of information. For example, all relevant info may be shown for a product of one colour, but almost no information for the same product in different colour.
Returns should be free of charge, no shipping fee paid by the customer.

Improving rating. Customer experience team reached out and considered my comments for the improvement of their service.

"I'm happy with the actual products and the extensive selection available, even if comparing product variations can be a bit overwhelming. However, the pricing model is frustrating. There are continuous 40–50% discounts, which makes the base prices feel fake. Overall good products for the final price, but the pricing structure could be much clearer."
