DO NOT PURCHASE THIS !! Bought this as a one time purchase for then a year later an annual subscription taken from my bank. This information is not advertised at purchase and was never informed of this. Complete and utter scam. Device does not correctly diagnose , may aswell pay and go to a reputable garage.

Their Product is ok, and works with my bmw.
The company however, is exploitive and their subscription model is designed to lock you in and milk you for money.
They don’t notify you about subscription renewal, and try to shift to blame over to the payment processor, in my case Klarna.
They have a ludicrous 1 to 3 months “processing time” to cancel your subscription before automatic renewal, and refuse to accept cancellation after and threatens with “german rental law” their customer support will ignore your request and is easily offended for someone who works for such a shady company. They don’t care about return customers, that’s for sure.
Most of their good reviews here are invited, which speaks for itself.
It’s a shame a payment processor like Klarna will tarnish their name by working with a company like this.
All in all, buy an iCarsoft instead. It will be a lot cheaper in the long run and better compatibility.

The fact that the terms are presented during purchase does not matter, who remembers terms to the next year. If you actually cared you would notify your customers well in advance of renewal.
It's a blatant lie that you take the feedback seriously, because this has been a issue for many years as far as i can read online.
So this is your actual business model, to trick your customers into paying more than they want.
And refuse returns when they don't want it, it's downright hostile and exploitive.

Problem solved

It was easy to identify which nox sensor.

Avoid at all costs. Once it had some possibilities, but recently it's not able to code 90% of what was offered a few years ago.
Support doesn't exist, just a bot. No refunds either.

Overall very good, however need a service to be able to turn off the electric handbrake in VAG to do rear brake changes.

Had a little problem connecting to my Carly scanner, little issue ticket to fill in, and then it was confirmed they would send me out a new scanner for free! Carly is an absolute powerhouse when it comes to what you can actually do via you’re phone on the app with diagnostics, live data ect, I can can code things that a professional diagnostics computer doesn’t even recognise! their customer services are just as outstanding considering it was the weekend when I had problems, it’s now Tuesday and the scanner has just been put through my letterbox, Thank you

Carly card allowed me to know the source of the problem. I limited the cost of my intervention which was halved

Replaced the flap motor and then coded the ikha module which initialized it
