When an item is purchased on pre-order, we provide an estimated dispatch date based on the stock information available to us at the time. Unfortunately, these dates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates, and occasionally circumstances outside of our control can mean incoming stock is delayed and the estimated date has to be pushed back.

We would just like to clarify that the location you’re referring to is not our My Babiie warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched from us, it enters the courier’s delivery network, and the local depot, delivery attempts and delivery scheduling are managed by the courier. We completely understand your frustration that a delivery was attempted at an office on a Saturday when the premises were closed.
That being said, we certainly don’t want to leave you without support simply because the issue has occurred during transit. Please email us at info@mybabiie.com with your order number and delivery details, and I’ll be more than happy to look into the tracking and see exactly what is happening with your current delivery and what we can do to help.

Neither My Babiie nor their courier sent any email updates or text notifications about my car seat delivery. I had no idea delivery was being attempted until I manually checked the tracking link and saw two missed attempts on the 5th and 6th. Very poor communication and logistics—please improve your notification system!

I used MB160 earlier and later pre-ordered MB160 plus. I highly recommend it for anyone. Very light, space for baby water-bottle and pocket for where to keep wipes and what have you. The down carriage is also great. Delivery was equally nice. Highly recommended

Outstanding customer service
I dealt with Mike from the customer service team via email. I ordered the stroller because a relative had previously purchased the same one, so I knew what to expect. Although I have not yet received the stroller due to unforeseen delivery issues, Mike has been extremely helpful in getting everything sorted out. He was prompt in responding to my queries and kept me updated throughout the process.
I look forward to receiving the stroller soon. Based on the excellent customer service I have received so far, I would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to purchase their products again.

The wheels on my buggy would constantly pop off and even when crossing a road! Honestly so dangerous! Thank god the buggy I had was discontinued and recalled (bought from Argos) so I did get my money back. My child actually got injured from the pram tipping as both back wheels popped off at the same time. I never ever got an apology from my babiie and the customer service was shocking. Argos however were very apologetic and understanding. Awful experience

We can completely understand how frightening and upsetting an experience like that would have been, and we’re glad to hear the pushchair was returned and that Argos provided you with a full refund.
We do want to offer some reassurance regarding the safety of our products. All My Babiie products are rigorously tested and designed to meet or exceed the required European safety standards, and the concerns you’ve described are certainly not what we would expect from one of our pushchairs.
We’d also like to clarify one detail from your review, simply to avoid any misunderstanding. Our pushchairs have not been subject to a product recall. The model you purchased may have subsequently been discontinued, but a discontinued product is not the same as a recalled product.
We’re also very sorry that you feel you never received an apology or support from My Babiie. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to identify you or locate any previous correspondence relating to this incident from the information available to us through Trustpilot. As the pushchair was purchased and returned through Argos, it may be that the matter was dealt with directly by the retailer and therefore never reached our team.
We would really like the opportunity to understand exactly what happened and ensure the details are properly recorded and reviewed internally.
