The pram I bought is beautiful there is no denying that but prams shouldn’t be aesthetically pleasing ONLY.
I bought my babiie pram last year for my one year old son who is below average for his size. When my pram arrived the wheel had a dent in it, and when pushing the pram it felt awful and unsafe. I emailed my babiie and they provided me a new set of wheels for free - though it felt like they was trying to blame the issue on the size of my son!
Fitted the new wheels and low behold just 4 months later the back wheel tyres were popping off the wheels everytime having to stop the pram and put the wheels back in place. I chucked the pram in a cupboard and used a different brand.
Just ordered myself ANOTHER pair of wheels to attach to the my babiie and to be honest I’m not holding out hope!
I would of emailed my babiie with the issue once again but given how they tried to make it feel like my son was the problem the first time I just avoided it, which shouldn’t be the case because my pram is STILL under a years warranty until October!
My babiie has been the worst pram I have ever had, I’ve had four baby’s and I can honestly say these ones are purely built for the aesthetic looks and not suitability at all. I’m really angry.

However, asking for a child’s age, height and weight is a standard part of our investigation process when a pushchair issue is reported. All pushchairs have specified weight and usage limits, so we need this information to help establish what may have caused an issue. Awful customer service
The item didn't arrive within a week and Evri confirmed to me they had lost the item. Customer service explained I couldn't have a refund until they received the item back from Evri, what a suprise two weeks later and they haven't had it returned and I was encouraged to order another one with still no refund. If a company chooses to use Evri they need to accept responsibility for it.

When a parcel is being returned to sender by Evri, we would usually need to allow a short period for it to make its way back to our warehouse. This would normally only take a few days, and as soon as the parcel is received and signed back into our warehouse, the order is automatically refunded to the original payment method.
However, from what you’ve described, it sounds as though your parcel has unfortunately been lost within Evri’s network rather than successfully returned to us, and we completely appreciate that you shouldn’t be left waiting indefinitely for a parcel that is no longer making its way back.
Please get back in touch with us at info@mybabiie.com with your order details and reference this review. We can look into what has happened and make sure this is resolved for you and your refund is processed.
We’re very sorry again for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.

The car seat is exactly what we were looking for, for our grandson. Solidly built, looks good and comfy. Perhaps a tad heavier than I thought, but that’s not a bad thing.

Was ok for money but box was badley…
Was ok for money but box was badley damaged and damp and as its for a baby thats not ideal so I would recommend just buying new because you know what your getting i spoke to company who deliverd they said it was like that when they went to pick it up to deliver .

Evri had issues and item went from out…
Evri had issues and item went from out for delivery back to it’s on its way. When I contacted my babiie I asked them to look into it- to be told I just had to wait. I contacted Evri myself to be told they had rerouted the parcel back to warehouse. So I contacted my babiie again who would not send me a replacement or refund until the first item was received back as this was their return procedure.
Given the item never arrived with me waiting to check contents was unnecessary and meant not only were they not sending a replacement but also wernt willing to refund so I could buy elsewhere.
They weren’t even willing to contact Evri on my behalf.
The customer service was appalling and frankly lazy and it left me unable to even leave the house as I had no car seat to transport my child.

Unfortunately, once a parcel has been marked as returning to sender by the courier, we’re unable to redirect it or stop the return journey. At that stage, we do need to wait for the parcel to be confirmed as received back at our warehouse. Once this is confirmed, the order is automatically refunded back to the original payment method.
We completely appreciate how frustrating this process must have been, particularly as you urgently needed the car seat, and we’re sorry that the situation with the courier left you waiting longer than expected.
