Excellent purchase. Found the car seats I wanted straight away and before I knew it there were at my doorstep. I'm very happy, they are lightweight and my children can easily get in and out of the car. Very reasonable priced. Would recommend to anyone that needs them for short trips and school runs.

Thank you for your review. We’re really sorry to hear that you waited for your order only to then be informed that it could not be fulfilled and that a refund would be issued.
We completely understand your frustration, particularly as payment had already been taken and you were expecting to receive your order. Unfortunately, on rare occasions there can be a discrepancy between the stock showing as available on our system and the physical stock available when an order reaches fulfilment. We appreciate that from a customer’s perspective, you quite reasonably expect an item shown as available to actually be available for dispatch.
Where we discover that we are unfortunately unable to fulfil an order, we will issue a full refund rather than leave the customer waiting indefinitely for an item we cannot supply.
We’re very sorry that on this occasion we weren’t able to fulfil your order as expected and for the disappointment and inconvenience this caused.

Great after sales service.
We bought a buggy made by this company. Great value for money - sturdy but still lightweight enough to be carried when necessary. Had a query with some leftover parts and emailed the company to find out what they were for . Edralin took our query and dealt with it immediately. The parts were for stabilizing the buggy in transport. Edralin was great - very efficient and friendly. I would buy from this company again, based on such great after sales service.

Avoid at all costs!! I purchased a stroller for my daughter which is recommended for up to the age of 4 my daughter has not long turned 2 and is too big for the stroller! She is under the height and weight limit yet her feet are touching the floor it’s dangerous. It is not safe! This company want me to place my daughter back into an unsafe pram and send them videos?! I have contacted you and all I have been offered is a return, but I have to pay £20 for it to be returned or £10 for a drop off, if I could drive I probably wouldn’t need a pram so that isn’t a option! No where in the return policy does it say you’d have to loose half your payment to return a falsely advertised item. I have taken things further with Klarna 21 days later and still no response from Mybabiie. Pram is unused and been sat in the box since I took it out. AVOID buying directly at all costs! They DO NOT CARE!! I suggest you sort this out asap or I’m taking things further. Imagine having little ones with broken legs on your hands? Im sure you’d do something about it then! I want a contact number ASAP! Beautiful looking and that’s where it gets you, because who doesn’t want a beautiful stroller for their little one? But safety is a massive factor and that’s one you clearly haven’t taken into consideration!

We would like to reassure you that all My Babiie products are rigorously tested and designed to meet or exceed the required European safety standards. The stroller you purchased is suitable from birth to approximately 4 years of age, up to a maximum weight of 22kg. However, we do appreciate that children can vary considerably in their height and proportions, so a particular stroller may not feel suitable for every child.
When our team asked for a video, this was so we could properly assess what you were experiencing and also check whether there were any fitting or adjustment concerns that we could help with, such as the positioning or adjustment of the harness. We would never expect you to continue using the stroller if you were uncomfortable doing so; the video simply helps our team understand the concern and determine the most appropriate resolution.
We do not offer free returns for unwanted items, and our return options and associated charges are outlined on our website. However, having reviewed your circumstances, I can see that our team made an exception and offered a goodwill gesture to assist with the return of the stroller, so that we could help bring this matter to a resolution for you.
We’re sorry that the stroller ultimately wasn’t suitable for you and your daughter, and we hope the return arrangement offered by our team has helped resolve your concerns.
