It was fine until the end when you offered 30% off on a Marley V neck tshirt, I tried to accept it, but it said every color in a medium was unavailable, which seems probably wrong - and was a waste of time and frustrating

Shirts arrived as described. Very well constructed usually high quality cotton material. A little large (I normally wear a large, but medium was the better fit for me) especially sleeve length on long sleeve t-shirts.

I was trying to use a gift certificaTE And my VISA was charged.
Seems like a company that tries to invalidate the use of gift cards and I recommend that anyone trying to shop and order with a gift card use an outdated credit card so you will not be charged like I was

You have proper sizing available. Many companies don’t offer 33“ waist! Usually 32“ or 34“ which means you’re wearing a compromise.

Your site is not as easy to use. Descriptions are similar. Difficult to find the short T. Several are called marcy. I ended up ordering the marcy fitted it eas longer. The T-shirts fabric feels and looks wonderful but very thin. The white appears too sheer. My total with shipping tax i was $140 too expensive for 3 basic T shirts That was a special deal

The site is very difficult to maneuver and move around from screen to screen to compare products or check sizes. The check out screen is also difficult to complete at one time. I ended up going in and out of the site several times a day until I was finally able to complete my purchase.

it is very trick the discount offer on the last page. I was guided for a discount and consequently bought 2 pairs of the same style

Good quality, good sizes, quite expensive.

Well, large t-shirts weren't large, and were going to shrink after washing, even further. I ended up buying XL first, a brand new order, and then on the return, realized Mott & Bow is the company that forces a store credit in lieu of a straight return to my CC. That's kind of a shitty policy.

M&B has a good product. I’ve purchased a number of pants over the past few years. However, I’ve almost stopped buying altogether because of their return policy. Once you purchase, if you don’t like the fit, color or anything about the purchase, you only get company credit. Said another way, if you walk into the fitting room to try something on, you’re BUYING IT. Seems like a one way street between the company and the customer. An odd policy.

The company sells quality clothing. The website depicts the available choices and is easy to use.

Awful and slow. Not to mention I signed up to get a coupon and never got a coupon. Feel scammed.

Email said there was a discount waiting for me….but when I clicked on the link everything in my cart was full price…and having to pay for shipping. Seems a little wrong to email me that i had a discount when I didn’t

Site is too complex with too many items. When I enter in the search bar Mercer, it does come up with the Mercer jeans, but there are too many individual boxes of jeans displayed that you need to continue to scroll through the page to find what you're looking for. Site is not friendly for manuevering back to the previous page with the items I just searched for. Your return policy for store credit or exchange only is not good.
