I like the pants. Needed alterations so more expensive than expected at the end of the day. There was a mistake (mine) with the order. A pair of chinos that I looked at and apparently clicked to purchase. I missed that they were still on the order and were delivered. I made a return request. Very disappointed that your return policy doesn't include refunds. It's the type of business model that will have me look elsewhere for clothing purchases.

The shirts were fine but I was disappointed that they were not made in the USA.

I have bought 2 pairs of Mott & Bow jeans. Mercer fits larger than Stone. I sized up for both, the Stone fits and the Mercer is too big.

Had items in my cart and was looking at options for different five T-shirt combinations and apparently didn’t pay enough attention because the wrong set of 5%. My disappointment center is on the multiple calls – probably 30 or 40 where three different voice messages have been left, and I’ve not heard back from anybody at Martin Val and no one is ever available. You’re on hold only last two minutes and then suggest to leave a message, but again I never hear back from anybody so I fully expect to get an exchange, that’s all I’m trying to do, but really disappointed by the lack of human in digital touch to the overall experience. You still have to have humans around to do certain exchanges that your website doesn’t allow.

No idea there was no return except for store credit. Makes it difficult to try pants for correct size.

I bought 2 pair of jeans originally one was the Stone in Gray and the other was the Benson in blue with both pair being size 36x34 but the Benson fit was much tighter than the Stone. I asked if sizing was different on each & told No. So photos were sent to show the Benson laid on top of the Stone the waist was definitely shorter thus tighter fit. The correction by Mott &Bow was to ship me a replacement of 38x34 which now falls off of me so I’m having to spend extra to have them tailored for a proper fit

I ordered size large and there is no way this is a large. It feels like a S/M.
Very disappointed.

Nowhere did I see I was going to be charged duty. I paid an additional $80 for my order

I ordered 2 pairs of pants the same only one was light and the other dark
They both said the same size of the inside of one pair was two sizes too big what do I do now?

Great styles, fit, quality, and customer service. To find a brand that excels in all of these is extremely rare. Mott and Bow earns their customer loyalty.

I love the soft texture and the quality of the tee shirts but I don’t like the fit. They are two fitted which is not how they were described. I will be returning by entire order.

Beware MottandBow does not provide refund just exchanges or store credit

Tee shirt fits great - I’m between large and x-large. I bought XL and glad I did. So advice is order up a size if in doubt.

Your return policy is horrible and needs to be 1000 times more visible. I've never dealt with a company in your price range that only gives a gift card as a return option. You got my $300 but it's the last dollar you will get from me and any of my friends.

Quality seems good, but your site said that your sizes ran small. They do not, hence what I received are too big. I may order more pairs and put in my normal size waist.
