How sad.
I was excited to try this ~ yet I will have to recommend to everyone to AVOID this company.
I have now - for 2 WEEKS - literally 17 days, wanted to try this service. It was easy to set up the account; for MISFITS to save my credit card; for MISFITS to automatically create a shipment ~ YET, I have YET to be able to log in to my account since set up.
MISFITS uses an AI BOT for customer service and to no avail. I had to CANCEL the first week's shipment due to the inability to log in and choose what should be in my "box" and errors trying to log in that never resolved. I now have the same issue 2-WEEKS after setting up the account - where I cannot log in to select WHAT I WANT to be shipped or confirm anything within the company! And yes - I requested password reset several times and the AI BOT said that based on the copy/paste page response that the 'request went through'. I waited DAYS - not 10 minutes; not 30 minutes as suggested...and NOTHING!
That's bad customer service.
This truly an unfortunate incident and I am sharing so others do not get as frustrated about POOR customer service ~ especially in todays 'attitude' and economy. And unfortunately, the bitter taste is shared since I was actually excited about trying this and encouraging other to do same.

Don't be fooled. You don't actually save any money. AND if you put anything in your shopping cart, they will charge you like you placed an order EVEN IF YOU DON'T CHECK OUT!
It is a great concept with clever marketing, but that's it. Shop at your favorite stores and avoid the stress.

Also, there is a lead in their system. I don't think your credit card information is safe.

Less than one week of signing up with them (and providing my credit card info), I saw a ton of fraudulent charges.

That can't be a coincidence.

In their favor (hence the 2nd star), they have nice customer service.

Always supportive and prompt responses from the team. One time Sage the chatbot waived my charge due to a careless mistake on my side. No hassle at all! Love Misfits Market!

My orders have always filled properly and I was informed when something was not available. It is called „Misfits“ so item are never the same size expected in a supermarket. Sometimes they are smaller, sometimes larger. I was never disappointed. The quality was always good. Packaging is adequate; I never received anything broken or bottles leaking.

I've been ordering from Misfits Market for several months. During this wildly hot weather, some shipments arrived in poor shape. Misfits Market has been very generous with its refund on those orders I reported as less than OKAY. My last order arrived in fabulous shape on a 107 degree day! I could tell more attention was given to packaging and the carrier left the box in shade instead of sunshine on my porch.

I've been with this misfit market for 5 years plus and I've had nothing but a great experience.

The food arrived in good shape. Nothing spoiled nor damaged...just tired but very usable. The box came in the worst shape I ever saw a box in. Thank goodness for lots of packing tape!

I find that items are overpriced Most or comparable items can be found in your local grocery store for a fraction of the price.

I like the good deals I get on organic produce. The drivers also take ice packs, silver insulated bubble bags, wraps for protecting eggs for recycling. Hopefully down the road, we get the option of using less materials for delivery, such as stop using cardboard boxes and use paper bags or returnable crates instead.

Misfits Market is always a pleasure to do business with. It’s evident that this company places the highest value on its subscribers, and in particular, their customer care team works very hard to find the best possible solution on the rare occasion when an issue arises - whatever the reason, they work hard to resolve it with the customer’s satisfaction foremost. Great products, easy system of ordering and delivery, and a very solid mission!

I wanted to see what misfits market was all about. I had to give my billing info before I could see....
I should have known.
I looked at a couple of items and decided it was not for me. Way overpriced. My local produce store is MUCH better.
Next thing I know, I'm being charged $65 for something I did not agree to buy.
God only knows what they've sent. It's nothing I ordered and apparently Google Pay shared by Debit Card Info with them because they automatically took my money and it was my car payment.
I HIGHLY recommend you do not give your money to this company. It is a scam.
If I could leave negative stars I would.

Misfits provides a good variety of products at a decent price point. They deliver to me by a local delivery service which ensures the food that needs to remain chilled arrives chilled.
If there is anything not to one's liking they always make things right quickly. That is rare, but they are great to deal with.

The quality of the food is outstanding and the service is great.

Customer service responds quickly to resolve problems.

I love their variety and weekly deliveries. I have a few staples I order just about every week. If I have any issues they remedy it quickly. They’re the best!!

I have trusted Misfits Market to deliver quality groceries to my door for several years now. They always maintain contact with the client. They update me on delivery time, total order cost and even follow-up to verify that my order was everything I expected. If there ever is an issue, I count on their stellar customer service to make things right promptly, and they always do! I look forward to shopping with them with each order I place...

I get so excited on arrival day! This is my 2nd order and my husband and I have been very pleased with the items. Our orders are doubling each week- I love it!! The boxes are always packed neatly and everything is so fresh! It’s such a delight to try things you have never had or are difficult to find in local stores.
The delivery folks are great too!! I love the customer service- it’s hard to find these days!

I love Misfit Markets. I live in a rural area without a lot of variety of foods so I love being able to find organic produce and a wider variety of foods.

I love all the options I have and the orders don't have to be huge. Their customer service is very fast and personal if you ever have questions. I have had no issues with them.

I really like misfits market because the variety is really good and I feel I can trust that I am getting safe, healthy food. I like that every time I order it is giving a little back. I never had a purple carrot or a yellow watermelon before ordering from Misfits, so it has broaden my experience from just my chain grocery store. My items arrive quickly and in good shape.
