Misfits totally gets it!
Overall Misfits has made it more convenient for me and my busy lifestyle to be able to cut one last trip out of my day and still be able to prepare healthy meals and recipes for my family. There's always something for everyone and every box. I love that if I forget to skip or pick a different time for an order that the staff and of course Sage their lovely bought always helps me reconfigure a day that works for us and I'm still able to order stuff at a later time that works for us. I really can't say more about this company besides if they donated food to schools or homeless shelters to be able to be used to cook it would make them even more badass but for now I'm very blessed and Beyond thankful for the misfit team. ❤️🥰❤️🖤

ZERO STARS SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS!
First of all, you can’t see what they have on their website without signing up so I gave them my information to sign up for the website just so I could see if they had a particular fruit I was looking for and couldn’t find anywhere else, but of course they didn’t have it. Then they charged me $60 for a shipment I did not order. It’s all just overpriced organic junk I could’ve got for half the price if not less at my local Walmart. Horribly disgusting business practices. Frankly, I feel like I just got scammed.

Great concept, poor value & delivery
Great concept, good products. $2-3 overpriced per item and bulky packaging you have to dispose of weekly. Stayed several months for the unique grocery items, left due to poor value and bulky disposals

The service is exceptional! The choices are great and the food arrives on time and I get what I order. There are always deals and I appreciate the business model. I would recommend Misfits especially if you live in a bit of “food desert”. I left a good review and mentioned one small problem and they got right on and refunded my money ey for the item. Wow!

I accidentally forgot to skip an order that I really couldn't afford at the time. I saw the confirmation email and reached out to see if it could be canceled. Luckily, there is a window of opportunity to do so, just in case you forget to check your notifications like I do. I really appreciate that they canceled my order and issued a refund. I also received an email reminding me of my next order date, which is very helpful.

I didn’t place an order but was sent one for over $50, with about 6 items that I could have went to store for $25, was stuff I don’t even use, after that I cancelled my account. Stay away from them.

Customer service has actual humans, not just AI
Misfits has been absolutely amazing so far. I love the quality of products, the selection and i’m happy that it keeps growing. Recently I commented about a packaging suggestion and an actual person replied back, thanking me and forwarding me suggestion to the packaging team. In today’s AI world, this gesture means a lot. The company obviously cares about their customers and their mission. I’m extremely happy and will always support Misfits!
