Shocking lack of service, case left abandoned twice and data protection breach!
2.5 years since the non fault RTA of my daughter where the 3rd party admitted liability. First claims handler left, her case was abandoned despite many emails and telephone calls before they realised there was no-one overseeing her claim! Next claims handler, been emailing and calling since February, outstanding CTB last session waiting for months and months to be authorised - making the whole process pointless and causing her diagnosed mental health problems to further decline. To be told today that her claims handler is on maternity leave! Hence the lack of communication! Formal complaint raised today and we will not be leaving it there!!
Also a Data protection breach where I have been emailed a break down of costs incurred by Minster Law so far. This is despite my daughter being over 20 years old now her accident happened when she was 17 I had to be the appointed legal person for 2 months until she turned 18. So why on earth am I recieving such letters from them? This is also despite her legal costs being covered through her insurance as she was fully covered for this. Reading these reviews does not give me much hope.

Despite Minster Law twice upholding formal complaints about their significant failures in communication and case management, absolutely nothing has changed. They previously promised regular reviews and updates every 28 days, yet I am still forced to constantly chase basic information.My correspondence remains unanswered, and my case has stalled. I am completely in the dark regarding an interim payment request that has been left outstanding for months. I cannot even get a straight answer on whether it was requested, chased, or rejected by the third-party insurer.I have entirely lost confidence in my file handler and have officially requested that my claim be transferred to someone who will actually actively manage it. Their repeated failures have proven that my claim is not a priority to them. If you expect a standard level of professional communication and service, look elsewhere.
