I have had an excellent communication this morning with Sanaa from Minster Law. She spoke very clearly which was helpful as I have a hearing impairment. She answered all of my questions & didn't hurry me along. I was impressed with her professional conduct. Sanaa is a credit to your company.

2.5 years since the non fault RTA of my daughter where the 3rd party admitted liability. First claims handler left, her case was abandoned despite many emails and telephone calls before they realised there was no-one overseeing her claim! Next claims handler, been emailing and calling since February, outstanding CTB last session waiting for months and months to be authorised - making the whole process pointless and causing her diagnosed mental health problems to further decline. To be told today that her claims handler is on maternity leave! Hence the lack of communication! Formal complaint raised today and we will not be leaving it there!!
Also a Data protection breach where I have been emailed a break down of costs incurred by Minster Law so far. This is despite my daughter being over 20 years old now her accident happened when she was 17 I had to be the appointed legal person for 2 months until she turned 18. So why on earth am I recieving such letters from them? This is also despite her legal costs being covered through her insurance as she was fully covered for this. Reading these reviews does not give me much hope.

When we were contacted by Alfie he was very helpful and polite. He went through everything through to let us knew what the procedure was and what would happen.
