Excellent Service - again!
This was a deliberate return to a shop where I had previously had good advice and thoughtful customer service. I returned for an exact replacement of the excellent pair of walking boots I was recommended on my first visit - again I received friendly, helpful and knowledgeable advice from Gina who also gave me the space and time to try them on properly and make sure I was happy. I went in to Millets on Saturday 29/11/25. I couldn’t find what I wanted and the man on the till helped me find it . He was very helpful . I think he is quite new there . All of the staff in the Penzance branch are helpful and it’s good to see they are training new staff to be just as helpful . It’s nice to go into a store where customer service is so good .

When I got home I received an email to say order number 360675325 had been cancelled even though when I just went on line again it still said that there was one in stock! Also I now have to go back into town (I’m in my seventies) to get a refund for it! Why did they allow the order to go through in the first place

I was looking for hiking shoes so popped into Millets Penzance, great range so William was very helpful to get me a pair in my size, I was able to try them on in the store which is important to gauge the overall comfort and quality. Very happy with my choice and at a good price too, excellent.

Great customer care
Great customer care. I went in to purchase a top for my son. Katie and leanne the sales assistants especially katie, was fantastic in helping me get the sizing right. While I was there, Katie showed me the jackets that she thought I might like. I bought a lovely jacket and two t shirts. Katie was so helpful she is a credit to your store. I never felt pressure to buy and came away feeling happy with my purchase. I will definitely be returning thank you Katie!
