Good product, great service and excellent price

Great desktop; a huge improvement on my much older device. I had no problems at all with the delivery; very rapid and clearly allocated time/day for the scheduled delivery. Very pleased and would highly recommend Micro Dream - considering costs of living at the moment - they continue to provide great value for their devices.

Part was exactly as described. Clean and in perfect condition. Working flawlessly in my PC at present.

Very easy to find the parts that I needed. Good website and fast delivery.

Bought a refurbished laptop. It arrived packaged securely with no visible damage. While I was setting it up, noticed a key wasn't sitting right. The key was damaged and missing a part. When I contacted them they accused me of damaging it. They were very aggressive and rude in their communications.
They wanted me to send laptop back at a cost of £19 plus £50 for repair of the key.
Refused to admit any liability despite sending out sub standard goods.
Then when I asked to return laptop for refund under my consumer rights they said they would be deducting an unspecified sum for the damage I had caused. This would appear to be a scam tactic to extract more money from customers.
Extremely unprofessional conduct from what appears to be a reputable company at first glance. Buyer beware, total scam artists.
Worst and cheekiest customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

Nice laptop, but you sent me the wrong one it has only one port instead of 4 so I have brought a 4 port device, but IAM still please with it it's like new condition wise.

Disappointed with their response to an issue I had which was partially my fault but also related to insufficient information in their ordering system. The nett was they would not credit me for Office 2024 when I did not need it.
