We chose Michael Poole Billingham office because of its reputation, From start to finish Molly and the team have been amazing. We completed our sale on 25th March, Molly kept us fully up to date every step of the way, quick response to emails and phone calls, liased with our solicitor, the buyers solicitor and the estate agents of the property we were purchasing.
I can highly recommend 100% thank you to the team.

Recently sold our house and bought a new house with MP. Stacey at the Yarm branch is excellent, we have been really impressed with the service, great communication and taking the initiative to always keep things moving and all parties updated.

Really quick experience front start to finish! Only took us two months to get the keys! We can’t wait to make our first house a home. Would very much recommend Michael Poole Yarm.

As a first time buyer this experience (whilst exciting) can be quite daunting but Stacey and whole the team were always there to support and answer my questions and have made the process really enjoyable and easy.

The team at Yarm sold our previous home in 2017 and were great then, so it was a no-brainer that we would be going with them again. We didn't quite agree with the valuation from the start and went with our own figure which turned out to be right as we sold the house for very close to our asking price (Everyday is a school day I guess) The team in the Yarm office were great throughout as well as the team out in the field, all for a very competitive fee. Hopefully we don't need to move again as we have found our perfect home, but if we do, we will be in touch with MP for sure. Thanks guys.

I’m writing this review so that everybody can read about the amazing service we have received from Micheal poole estate agents , from the very beginning meeting Chris to value our home and how he explained the whole process of selling our home as we had not moved in 30yrs so where anxious to say the least
Within 24hrs we had offers , it turned out to be quite a process involving a chain of buyers but we where guided every step of the way , Micheal poole have an excellent team but a diamond by the name of Helen
She truly was our saviour working with our solicitor and many others involved in our chain , and was there for us anytime we needed her and we did believe me !!!
