The refund policy is Bogus
I originally read all the glowing reviews from their website and thought I have to try this line of products. I ordered several from two of their the cellulite creams, to the face cream that is supposed to reduce fine lines to the age defying lift and firm cream. When I contacted the company to tell them the product did not work for me at all and I wanted the guaranteed refund they would always tell me I needed to try the products for a few more weeks. I did and their was no discernible difference so three weeks later when I told them I still did not see any difference at all, they told me it was too late to get any refund and I was stuck with all 6 jars. They didn't even offer me a partial refund and I had spent more than $350. I will say that the cellulite cream does soften cuticles and makes a nice hand cream but I don't pay that price for hand creams.

I am 66 years of age and was aging fairly well. When my husband of 29 years passed from a 6-year illness I lost 30 lbs. My skin looked like the crepe paper hung at childhood birthday parties! My arms were the first thing to notice and was horrified. After purchasing MiamiMD Crepe Skin product saw improvement immediately and continue to look better as I continue to use this product. Love the Crepe Cream!
First of all, I love the crepe cream. I'm 80, so I don't expect perfection, but this cream has evened out the skin on my arms and legs and made the crepe less noticeable. I've only been using it for about a week, so maybe over time it will just get even better. Secondly, I have appreciated the follow-up information from Dr. J. I also appreciate the amount of cream you get for your money. Gives you a chance to use the cream long enough to see an improvement.

I got rapid service and also a refund was given to me for item I had not intentionally ordered. I didn't see any good results so decided to opt out after two jars for my face and 2 jars for my crepey skin on my arms and legs.
I got a text telling me that another jar of the face cream was going to be shipped so I sent a text saying that I didn't order it and didn't want it as had not seen any good results. Was told they were going to credit my account for the amount due. Then today I got a package with another jar of the face cream that I didn't order. The dark spot correcter Didn’t do the job I thought it would do. Still lots of dark spots on face and more appearing. Crepe erase helped a little guess my age has a lot to do with the process. Sorry for the sad report especially for myself.
