They agreed to accept the return
My doctor's instructions were not to take any medications and prescriptions as he had to figure out what is wrong with me which is serious. Miami MD was willing to work with me to accept the return package and adjust on the financial end.

I love the way the crêpe erase

I love the product it is improving my skin texture and it is so soft.

The refund policy is Bogus
I originally read all the glowing reviews from their website and thought I have to try this line of products. I ordered several from two of their the cellulite creams, to the face cream that is supposed to reduce fine lines to the age defying lift and firm cream. When I contacted the company to tell them the product did not work for me at all and I wanted the guaranteed refund they would always tell me I needed to try the products for a few more weeks. I did and their was no discernible difference so three weeks later when I told them I still did not see any difference at all, they told me it was too late to get any refund and I was stuck with all 6 jars. They didn't even offer me a partial refund and I had spent more than $350. I will say that the cellulite cream does soften cuticles and makes a nice hand cream but I don't pay that price for hand creams.

Love the Crepe Cream!
First of all, I love the crepe cream. I'm 80, so I don't expect perfection, but this cream has evened out the skin on my arms and legs and made the crepe less noticeable. I've only been using it for about a week, so maybe over time it will just get even better. Secondly, I have appreciated the follow-up information from Dr. J. I also appreciate the amount of cream you get for your money. Gives you a chance to use the cream long enough to see an improvement.
