The chain arrived on 9/23. I opened the box and it was beautiful. I hooked it on my neck and within four hours it fell off. The clasp is very delicate, so 2480 dollars down the drain. Beware if you buy and replace the clasp.

Mene has great concept of investment jewelries, recently placed 2 orders of platinum items, very satisfied with both orders. The pictures on the website is enlarged. Actual size is much smaller. Zodiac pendant is size of a dime. Very very small. Quality of the zodiac sign is very very poor, it's like drawing of a child 2 years old.

They even guarantee to buy back the jewelry for 90% of the current gold value. It's nice to know that you're not paying too much over that gold value when you're investing in gold jewelry.

I like the quality of their gold and they have a very responsive CS. However, I think they can go cheaper on the shipping cost or at least present more options during the checkout. A 500 dollar minimum for free shipping could be too aggressive in our current economy. I think they can go with a lower number.
