First time I have bought from Melody Maison, I ordered a bookcase which I assumed as it was so cheap would be flat pack- it was not, solid well made and a lovely bookcase!
Pictures and description accurate, delivery was swift and driver was very helpful

Item colour was so much darker than picture suggested. Tried to repack into original box and absolutely impossible.

Fab furniture & great customer service, delivery is a big no
Customer service on the phone were very helpful and easy to contact. The furniture I received was fab quality and looked wonderful. Delivery was a big NO! Rude and unhelpful delivery driver with no ability to bring the item to the door. I understand on the terms it says they’re liable if they come inside the property but I think this needs to change. We hurt ourselves trying to unwrap and distribute the palette on the side of the road as it was too big and too wide to bring through any regular door

As this was a day of choice furniture order we do have to send this via our pallet delivery service. This is kerbside delivery only, which does then mean the customer has to unwrap and take the furniture into the property and then dispose of the pallet. I am sorry to hear that the driver was rude, please accept my apologies. With our standard delivery service we would deliver your order to you ourselves and place this through your front door for you,

I haven't received my order that I ordered 3 weeks ago. I have been told By Melody Maison to keep an eye on the tracking as they have sent my parcel and confirmed the delivery address us correct. Delivery company have confirmed the item is lost and I am still waiting for a response from Melody Maison.

Poor quality mirror
The mirror I ordered is very poor quality and was £80. The reflection is completely distorted. I’ve never seen such a mirror. I emailed the company to ask to return it on Friday, still waiting for a response. It’s Tuesday so I’ll wait a few more days.
