I ordered the brass metal look alike tissue box container. It arrived on time and looks as it did in the picture. It is perhaps a bit larger than some people might like to have on their side or dressing table so check the measurements.

Always a good experience with this company - my only gripe would be the wait times if you have to raise a query. My purchase arrived and it was slightly damaged so I wanted the matter resolved as quickly as possible. However, I had to wait up to 48 hours for each response, which was frustrating. The products overall are very good, but there should be a faster process in place for damaged items.

Very nice furniture and arrived quickly too

Customer service on the phone were very helpful and easy to contact. The furniture I received was fab quality and looked wonderful. Delivery was a big NO! Rude and unhelpful delivery driver with no ability to bring the item to the door. I understand on the terms it says they’re liable if they come inside the property but I think this needs to change. We hurt ourselves trying to unwrap and distribute the palette on the side of the road as it was too big and too wide to bring through any regular door

Ordered a large round mirror. Delivery was quick and well packed. Mirror is beautiful and looks lovely in my bedroom. Would not hesitate to order from them in the future

I haven't received my order that I ordered 3 weeks ago. I have been told By Melody Maison to keep an eye on the tracking as they have sent my parcel and confirmed the delivery address us correct. Delivery company have confirmed the item is lost and I am still waiting for a response from Melody Maison.

The mirror I ordered is very poor quality and was £80. The reflection is completely distorted. I’ve never seen such a mirror. I emailed the company to ask to return it on Friday, still waiting for a response. It’s Tuesday so I’ll wait a few more days.

Beautiful dressing table set very easy to assemble. Good quality. Looks absolutely stunning. Was packaged very well. Delivered on schedule. Would recommend.
