Medical Guardian is a reliable alert system that you can count on when you need help. The system has notified them and it does not matter where you are at home or not at home, they will find you where you are. I have had that experience. I know by this it is a reliable help system. I would recommend it to everyone.

My mom pushed the button by accident…
My mom pushed the button by accident but when the talked thru the machine she couldn't hear it. You need to program several numbers on your phone or it will say toll free number is calling you. They recommended we move it to her room. She pushed the button accidentally again and they never asked her through the machine if she needed help. I was next to her in the bed and they just started calling and before I knew it the firetruck were at the door. They charge you to ship it to you and you pay to ship it back. I chooses Life Alert as they can talk directly to you through the necklace and not the machine.

Our safety protocol is that whenever the SOS button is pressed and we do not get a response, we send emergency services in case our Member cannot speak and needs assistance. Our on-the-go devices do have the capability to speak directly through the device as well. Thank you again for sharing your experience and for providing feedback.

My wife was having issues so she pushed her button and some one asked if she was okay. She needed help getting up so they asked who should they call. She told them and they called this person and they came to her rescue. It worked just like we hoped.
