I’d not heard of MB&G before I made my claim but they were fantastic.
At every step my claim handler kept me informed. It was quick and easy.
Jess was absolutely amazing. Changed over my policy in less than 10 minutes. Gave all the relevant information and step up and new direct debt. Shes great her job! Speak to jess if you need any help

This insurance company will insure you knowing your motor home will not be covered , after trying to make a claim you then find out that the gold cover means if your motor home is over 10 years old nothing is covered, but the sales team wont tell you this but are happy to take your money for nothing, they are a total waste of money.
They dont deserve even 1 star.

I’ve been with MB&G Insurance for a couple of years now and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service.
I recently had to make a claim on my warranty for my 9‑year‑old motorhome, and the whole process was super easy from start to finish.
Unlike other policies I’ve had in the past, there was no jumping through hoops, no unnecessary delays, and everything was handled clearly and efficiently.
It was refreshing to deal with an insurer that actually does what it says it will.
I’d also like to specifically mention Claire, who was incredibly helpful when assisting me with changing my policy from Gold to Silver due to the age of the vehicle. The change was explained clearly and handled quickly, making the whole experience completely stress‑free.
Overall, excellent service, straightforward claims process, and genuinely helpful staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MBNG Insurance to anyone looking for reliable motorhome warranty cover.

Started a claim for a damaged sofa over half a year now. Everytime I phone and speak to someone they inform a relevant member of the correct department will give me a call back and update me on my order but no one ever calls back. Ive called them atleast 10 times now and its the same result every time. Ive tried emailing them as well but no reply. Absolutely useless service and if you ever have the option of purchasing an added insurance policy onto an order and see this company, id stay far away!
We’ve experienced ongoing issues with this policy from the very beginning. Our claim was initially delayed due to a failure between oak furniture land and the insurers, then after A LOT of chasing and calls our claim was declined on the grounds of wear and tear, despite the damage clearly being caused by a spill on our furniture. The customer service response to our complaint was extremely poor, and our concerns were not properly acknowledged. We were repeatedly passed between departments while trying to resolve the issue, and not getting callbacks when they had been promised which only added to the frustration. Overall, we are very dissatisfied with both the policy and the company, feels like a rip off of insurance to be honest.

An excellent experience with this insurance company from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. From the initial enquiry, their team was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure.
What really stood out was their efficiency and attention to detail. They handled my policy quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and I always felt like a valued customer rather than just a number.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy insurance with outstanding customer care.
Thank you too,

Our table (bough through Oak furniture land) has developed damage that is identical to an issue identified shortly after delivery. On that initial visit, the engineer explicitly stated the cause was insufficient lacquering at the manufacturing stage. Fast forward to now, the same engineer has inspected the same table, the same type of damage has reappeared, yet this critical context appears to have been disregarded entirely in the final decision.
Instead, the claim has been rejected on the basis of “failure to follow care instructions” and alleged “sunlight damage.” Both points are highly questionable. Our garden is north-facing, receives minimal direct sunlight, and yet only half the table is affected (the half not repaired initially). The explanation simply does not hold up to even basic scrutiny.
Even more concerning are the inconsistencies within the report itself. It references statements about waxing frequency that we do not recall making, raising doubts about the accuracy and reliability of the assessment overall. When key details are either misrepresented or overlooked, it undermines confidence in the entire process.
What we are left with is the impression of a decision that has been shaped to fit a rejection outcome, rather than one based on a fair and thorough evaluation of the facts. The prior engineer’s findings, the pattern of damage, and the physical context have all seemingly been ignored.
This experience has highlighted a lack of accountability, poor attention to detail, and a concerning willingness to dismiss legitimate claims.
We will be escalating this matter further with Oak Furniture and seeking independent advice.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise to not take out an insurance with this company for anything! Not worth the paper it's written on.

Honestly the best insurance company i have dealt with, my claim handler Luke Armstrong was very friendly and efficient, took just over a week from me starting a claim to them accepting my claim and sending for payment, will definitely be renewing my policy with them when up for renewal, thank you.

I got around half of the money back that I had to pay out for a repair to my motorhome in Spain when my engine management light was on and adblue warnings were flashing up. Why the diagnostic work isn't covered I have no idea and nobody has explained it to me. The garage can't sort the problem out until they have diagnosed what it is.
I got the feeling that I was "getting away" with something and should be grateful to get anything back because I didn't have a screen shot or print out of the fault code...even though they don't pay for the diagnostic work anyway. So yes I was pleased to get something back from a legitimate claim but not over impressed. However the payout was quick and the service responsive and efficient on a positive note.

Having spent £64k on a Motorhome I was assured the warranty was with a genuine company.
6 months after the purchase the vehicle wouldn’t engage any gears without restarting the engine several times, the warning sign displayed Check Transmission and gear unavailable.
When it did finally engage a gear the vehicle was almost impossible to drive kangarooing along in forward and reverse gears.
I waited six weeks for the first available slot at an authorised Fiat main dealer so to comply with the warranty.
After a whole week of diagnosis they identified that the clutch fluid was contaminated and was the likely cause of the problem. The work was completed and the dealership invoiced MB&G for the fees connected to the repair.
MB&G have declined the claim stating that the problem was neither mechanical or electrical. :-/

Well, I treated this claim with a certain amount of trepidation because insurance claoms do not have a good reputation. Despite this the experience was good. Apparently I had valued the caravan on the low side so they reduced some of the claim. How I would know the exact true value is a mystery and my repairer had never heard of this before. However payment was prompt and the overall experience was goo
