Great service so far!

I have used these guys before for alloy insurance and the after sales service was great when I needed to make a claim. They handled everything and made the process so easy. They have grown since then but this initial contact made me feel that I would still be in good hands. Fingers crossed the after sales service will be just as good as it was a few years back.....should I ever need to make a claim that is!

On the whole great

On the whole great, just had to put cosmetic and alloy insurance through as 2 separate transactions as the website wouldn't let me do them at the same time

Excellent customer service from Mark at…

Excellent customer service from Mark at Tidy Alloys. He was very knowledgeable and professional and gave us a full explanation of the insurance product we were considering buying. No sales pressure, just straightforward information.

Easy to understand

This rating is given for the ease of purchase. The website explained the options clearly and the response from the company was quick. The real proof of whether or not this is truly a 5 star company will of course be when a claim is made.

Exactly the product wanted!

Product exactly what was wanted, and not bundled with unwanted items. So simple to arrange, ie straightforward price plus submission of high resolution photos. Communication very good.
