Have just had some plumbing work done by Martyn Young in my airing cupboard to put right some issues / renew parts that were 16rs old.

I will not lie - there was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery of the parts, with an ordered part being missed by the supplier (not Martyn).

Martyn & his engineer - Dan - worked hard to put this right as soon as possible, with Dan even returning on his day off at a time that fitted round my work commitments to do the work. Dan clearly explained to me what he had done & how the system works, so I now have an understanding of this, which is useful.

I'll definitely return to Martyn Young for any plumbing & heating work. The service was excellent and they worked very hard to put things right a.s.a.p. when an issue occurred that was not their fault.

Arrived on time, courteous, and efficient. A good job well done. Have booked again for next year.

Excellent service,from prompt response to initial enquiry, through quotation and scheduling date for fitment of new boiler. All steps were handled professionally. with regular updates provided. The work carried out in fitment of the new boiler was to the highest standard and quality.

Dan was absolutely spot on. He turned up when he said he was going to, and i can not fault him for the time he was here. i was very well informed throughout the process, with regular texts and emails. great service.

Just had my regular boiler system converted to a combi system by Martyn Young. Kept everything clean and tidy and the install was completed in one day as promised. Couldn't have been happier with the install and even happier with the great aftercare after the heating circuit developed a leak that was unrelated to the install. Martyn took time out of his busy day to find the issue and rectify it - a pipe had come adrift from a push fit connection. This had been installed a few years ago and was probably ok until it came under the extra pressure when the combi was installed. Not something that could have been identified until post install. No charge for carrying out the repair, even though it wasn't an installation related issue.

I'd have no hesitation in recommending Martyn Young Plumbing. As well as a quality install, they clearly do great aftercare - which is really welcome when you're sat with no heating or hot water!

Good hygiene procedures; good footwear protection; very personable engineers. Very good experience overall. See you next year.

Very reliable, cheaper then other companies and polite professional people, we was with British Gas for over 20 yrs so it was a big change and we are glad we have.

Recently had a new boiler installed and the level of perfection and care taken was exemplary. The associated new pipe work was hidden away neatly, everything tidied and cleaned throughout the day and care taken to explain new controls. A brilliant job well done by Dan (aided by Jack). Many thanks.
