Highfield plumbing have now attended my property twice with two different emergency plumbing situations. Each time the work has been done to a high standard and they arrived within an hour of the emergency. Would definately call them again if needed

Craig from Highfield came out to look at our underfloor heating with a view of carrying out a service. On examination he identified a number of issues, he would not carry out the service as it would have been a waste of our money. He identified some issues with the manifolds and actuators. He reviewed the system overall. Suggested some ways of saving some money on work that needs doing. He was very honest and open with me and is preparing a estimate for work that needs doing.

Martin came out to complete my annual boiler service which he did with efficiency and professionalism.
I was most impressed with the communication informing me of his time of arrival, and completing the work in 45 minutes. I also received a full written breakdown of all the measurements taken from the boiler which was very helpful.
In addition Martin was kind enough to advise on a magnetic filter, which was subsequently fitted the week after to a high standard.
I would thoroughly recommend Martin and all the team at Highfield Heating for all your plumbing and heating needs.

I’d sourced a new unit and this was fitted without fuss or mess in a totally competent way.
Mark was very helpful, explaining the process and offering useful advice should similar problems arise in the future.
Never easy finding a decent plumber.

Mark and Martin were great, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They suggested calling the boiler manufacturer for the repair as it would cost substantially less than if they did it, which I thought was very honest and caring. Would recommend.

After having been stung by an emergency plumbing service, who charged me the earth for not fixing my problem, I contacted Highfield Plumbing and Heating to see what they could do.

From the start, I felt I was getting a great service. Neither my hot water and heating were working, My call was answered in a very friendly manner and an engineer was allocated.

It took a few visits to fix what proved to be several issues with my combi boiler, all apparently caused by the heat setting having been set way to high when the combi was installed only 5 years ago (by someone else not Highfield). Everything is working fine now and the Engineers kept me informed all the way through the process with the work that had been done.

The labour costs were very reasonable as were the parts costs. I found the staff very friendly and personable.

I have no hesitation in recommending Highfield. Well done!
