Very thorough job. Excellent company. We have used them many times.

I cannot recommend Mulgas anymore highly for their expertise, workmanship and overall general efficiency. I will be certainly using them in the future should the need arise.

Mulgas installed a new boiler for our home in April 2026. This included moving the location from the existing boiler and dealing with all the associated piping. The communication in the lead up to the work was excellent, with quick responses to all questions. George attended for the two days of the work and did a great job, and was very friendly. All follow-up work was completed quickly. I’d highly recommend Mulgas.

Completed fitting my new heating yesterday I gave it 5 stars as the workmanship was excellent. I found the fitter very experienced and also very helpful explaining everything in detail to me. He arrived on time and everything was cleared up and tidy when completed

Excellent staff response when I rang to make an appointment for a boiler service. Quick to set a date and time. The engineer arrived on time was polite and very considerate putting over shoes on and protecting the area around the boiler.

I have used Mulgas for years and years. They have fitted 2 boilers and most recently a new water tank. They do a service every year. I would not use anyone else and would always recommend them. The whole team are brilliant and the work and equipment they provide is second to none.

We have used Mulgas since we purchased the property, including a replacement boiler.We would not dream of going to another supplier

Absolutely first class service , we have used Mulgas for many,many years and have never been let down. Just phone the office and one is met with super efficiency from delight ladies. Our service engineer is Giles and he has always done a good and he is a splendid ambassador for the Company.

Having no heating or hot water in winter is not fun, but Mulgas was very efficient at ordering the right parts and got the job done within a few days.

Mulgas cannot be more helpful with various call outs I ve had to do recently with my property and mother in law's property. From bookings with Kayleigh to job finished is so easy and seamless.

What a great experience, from the owner personally coming out to give a quote, to the support from the office staff, to George coming and doing a fantastic installation!! The best part is after having continued poor service from British Gas, to leave them and get fantastic service, thanks so much - highly highly recommend!!

George did an excellent job of installing our new boiler, replacing the previous one, also from Mulgas 17 years ago. Easy decision to stay with Mulgas.
George was also very helpful with moving some of the pipework and moving the filter position from below to above the boiler to give more space below.
He also did a very good job power-flushing the radiators and then balancing the radiator temperatures.
Subsequently there was also excellent and very quick service by Julie in obtaining confirmation of guarantee registration from Worcester Bosch.
I strongly recommend Mulgas as a very knowledgeable, skilled and helpful company.

Giles fixed the problem!! One radiator within my whole CH system mysteriously wasn’t heating - but it was probably the most vital one, being next to where I sit in the evenings. A new pump and non-return valve seem to have done the trick as diagnosed on the initial visit. An appointment was fixed up speedily (more so had I not been going away on the first date offered) and the radiator is definitely nice and hot now. Polite and friendly service- no complaints. Thank you Giles for making my warm knee rug redundant!

The heating had gone off suddenly. The building was freezing. I called and Kayleigh did all she could to arrange help at short notice. Steve came out in the morning after a cancellation was early and got the job done. Heating back, no problems. A-Star service.

As a result of an external pipe leak, we had to get a hot water cylinder and overhead tank changed. All was fine till the hot water cylinder was changed and the pressure dropped in our top floor bathroom. When we requested the company to fix the pressure at no additional/reduced cost to us as it had resulted post work, they accused us by saying that the problem could have existed before the work began and they insinuated that we may be lying when clearly the problem was caused after they started work. Such rubbish work ethics and customer service! The only good thing was at least the on ground engineers were polite, cannot say about the management.

Excellent work by Antonio replacing a bath tap, which was a tricky job. Love this company - great customer service and excellent, efficient work. Highly recommend.

Mulgas responded quickly to an emergency plumbing issue. Steve came out on the same day, quickly identified the problem and resolved it at the same appointment. Great service from the Mulgas team
