Honestly such a lifesaver after a mental day at work! The meals are absolutely spot on and dead tasty. Love that they offer local delivery, but being able to pop in and collect when I’m out and about is proper handy. Plus, the staff are genuinely lovely, always greeted with a big smile when you collect.

Absolutely top notch service & quality food! I had a query before ordering and it was answered not by a bot but by the owner and was very informative. Meals arrived extremely well packaged and labelled clearly. Yiur name on each container was a nice little touch. And the quality of the food is better than any other meal prep companies I have used in the past. Their customer service made it for me and the product topped it off! Just need to get 5 plus stine off and these macro meals will help and I will be subscribing to more!

The items arrived labelled as being delivered a week prior to the actual date.
They also arrived at room temperature and the box was smelling when opened.
I sent photographic evidence of the expired dates on the labels.
I was told: "there's not enough evidence to show the items were stored incorrectly".
What should I have done, taken a sample and send it to a Microbiology lab? Or send a picture with a thermometer?
Improper food labelling is a huge quality control issue and I am within my rights to claim a refund as I cannot reliably consume these foods. Of course if I do, my worry is that should anything happen, I will be asked for evidence that it was indeed your foods that caused the issue.

Essentially, blanket policy to refuse refunds in place.
Very very disappointing.
A professional team would have welcomed the feedback, refunded my items, apologised and offered a voucher.
Not oh this didn't happen, but I was gaslit in the process.

I will be contacting citizens advice and the ombudsman as it is really a matter of consumer rights.

Macro Diner have created a brilliant healthier option. The parmo selection is perfect for me.
I felt full, without the awful feeling of eating a takeaway. I wasn't sluggish, if anything I felt great after and full of energy. Well done Macro 👍🏻

I’ve just tried the Chicken Edition Protein Parmo, Pesto Potatoes and garlic sauce and I’m definitely a fan of it. Arguably better than some of the take away ones with a fraction of the calories. I 100% recommend.

Bought the chicken version of the protein parmo from macro based diet and got to say it was absolutely gorgeous and for only around 500 calories this will definitely be on my regular list to order. Packed with protein and really filling with the convenience of warming it up in the microwave, air fryer or oven when im ready to eat it. I also ordered the pesto new potatoes as a side with garlic dip which were also low in calories and finished off my meal to perfection. Definitely recommend

Recently tried the new protein parmo from here and all I can say is wow… it was amazing from the chicken being so soft, the cheese didn’t taste like it was healthy. With it being under 500 calories as well just makes it even better when you fancy that takeaway treat but trying to calorie count and stay in your macros! Amazing!!! 😍😋

I have tried many meal prep companies in the UK but nothing comes close to Macro Based Diner! The owner takes pride in his craft and has a wealth of industry knowledge which is definitely noticeable, recommended by a pro bodybuilder I happen to know and this I know was the right decision to place my first bulk order with them. You know if the owner wants to share this experience with his customers due to his background and wealth of knowledge in the industry, it will be witnessed straight away from order to delivery. The attention to detail matters a lot from the packaging right down to the last gram to hit those ‘macros’ depending on your goal. I used to cook similar and prep but now I have confidence and trust to let the team work their magic for me! No brainer. First delivery today and 2 meals in. I ordered another 12 meals straight away for the week after. You will not be disappointed! Give them a try, reliable, quality and the service to match! :)

MBD was recommended to me by a friend because I have a chronic illness and struggle to prepare meals for myself. I was mainly having supermarket ready meals but I really wanted a healthier option. Being able to have MBD for lunch and dinner has been fantastic this last week - just using the microwave I can have a freshly prepared meal that’s portioned (so no waste), tasty, but also healthy. I know a lot of people will use MBD for weight loss/gain but they are also a great option for people with chronic illness, like myself. The fact that I haven’t had to food shop has also been great! Would definitely recommend.

I ordered one meal prep package and some of the meals had gone bad and had a strange gungy substance in plastic tub have since switched to another company and dropped considerable amount of weight
