So good. Could be better if they had Dr Pepper!

Never get the order right, they always mess up in some kind of way.
Tonight I ordered and was charged for a double quater pounder to get home and find only 1 patty in my burger.
I've ordered chicken before and had less pieces. It's like they can't count, but you never over count, its always less... Can't be a coincidence!

Was visit that mcdonald's on 7 Low Rd, Hunslet, Leeds LS10 1QR , 4:50 am they don't surve main menu anymore , just breakfast , i thought breakfast started from 5:00 am , i am Not going to go this place anymore , because basically staf don't want to do they work , because my point of view breakfast started from 5:00 am put stuff here think another way , probably even from 4:00 clock , they serve breakfast

Started off all ok food was fast and hot however I was fast put off the food when a member of staff who I will ad was on there break stood up and thought I was ok to put his hand down the back of his trousers scratch his arse then stiff his hand. Then again do the same 5 minutes later and looking at his finger nails.

Spoken to the manager and he did nothing! I even said to tell him go wash his hands before he comes back on to shift.

Then to finish it off said member of staff finished his food picked up his serviettes and placed them back in the dispenser

Again went and spoke to manager and explained telling him to go remove the serviettes
Again did nothing so took it upon
Myself to go remove them.

Missing double sausage from my pancakes and would not even entertain it when I went back. Never going again rude staff and no wonder the windows are smashed

Fast service and familiar menu everywhere.

I cannot believe the price of their food now. A total rip off and it was cold. Won't be buying a McDonalds again.

Got a strawberry coloured banana milk shake. Omg how dare I point that out?
Both milk shakes low, burgers cold, one bun was cut in half on top.
No salt on the cold crunchy (as not cooked enough) fries
Nothing to do with friends at all. So no toy, no themed wrapper, nothing.
I phoned up after providing feedback on apt longggggg survey, im allowed to drive all the way back at some point for a refund, as the call also like the initial speak about milkshakes no manners at all, im hoping it wasn't a sigh I heard, but go all the way back for a refund, no, head office call thanks. A manager being like that I ain't interested, they simply can't "Manage" clearly

Great customer service from Morgan at the Sandbach branch this evening. She took time to answer my questions and ensured my order was spot-on. Super friendly, too!

McDonalds must make millions and millions around the world yet they continue to raise their prices to a ridiculous level. They are now charging 1.00 for a dip. So 4 dips for 20 nuggets is now 9.99 because 4 pounds are charged just for the dips. How mean can you get? Then they charge for a service fee and another fee on top of that. The order often comes cold no ice in drinks waiting for ages and wrong orders delivered and they charge for service!!

24hr drive through took 45 mins. No signs of delays etc if you fancy food and think 24hr don’t bother will do a fortune in tacos. And rude slow service

Isle of man mcdonalds is shocking staff with no manners / getting the order wrong not many local pepple anymore also the revamp is like a public toilet i wont be back

I love their ice cream! Nothing to complain about!

​I usually enjoy a bit of heat, but the Spicy Chicken I ordered from the Ilkeston, Nottingham branch was absolutely ridiculous. It wasn't just "spicy"—it was physically painful and completely unbalanced.
​The Heat Level: I’ve eaten Scotch bonnet peppers that felt milder than this. The spice was so overwhelming that it was impossible to taste the chicken, the breading, or the toppings.
​The "Husband Test": My husband has a very high tolerance for spicy food and even he declared it inedible.
​The Experience: We ended up throwing it away. A "spicy" option should enhance the flavor, not act as a chemical burn for your mouth.
​If you value your taste buds (and your evening), avoid this. I will never be ordering this menu item, or from this specific location, ever again
