I visited the branch near Galeries Lafayette and the team and rude and unprofessional especially the manager he walked off after i said i would make a formal complaint
Within Mcdonald’s UK their FSMS would definitely require them to wear hairnets but they weren’t in that branch, even though not a legal requirement in UK it is highly recommended, not washing their hands regularly.

Inadmissible !!!! Comment le menu macsmart passe t’il de 5€ à 7€ si on choisis le 2eme burger….
C’est une honte tout ça pour enlever le menu macfirst.
Pour la peine j’irais à burger king et KFC les prochains fois!!!!

I have been to McDonalds in Nante several years in a row and I have to say it is the worst Mcdonalds in Europe I have visited.
The service is terrible Forgotten your order, Have called here with the kids over several years and it only gets worse.
If there are four orders in the queue expect to wait twenty minutes.

Extremely poor hygiene. The fries were already soggy, and during preparation some of them fell onto the counter. Instead of replacing them, the staff simply put them back on the tray — including those that had touched the surface. This is unacceptable, especially for travelers who expect clean and safe food. Definitely not recommended

Everyone complain about McDonald but you get the quality for what you pay. You can not dream to have top quality and pay the cheapest…

So when I go to McDonald it is because I have no other choice and I do not expect much

today I got the chicken burger and of course the chicken it is jut water, no taste and full of crap 💩 (most likely even worse than the chicken at 4 Euro per kilo in Lidl) but once in a while it is good that I experience the worse so I can appreciate my good and healthy food at home

Not for the food but for the staff! Firstly I couldn’t get to my receipt to know the number and they helped but impressively, Josie at Charles De Gaulle T2C in Paris helped to speak in French to my uber driver when I lost my shoes and I was distressed. She didn’t make it seem like a big deal to take her time and was super kind and considerate. Josie - THANK YOU! He found the shoes!

Cold food yet again! Asked for a fresh burger. The brain-dead looking cashier didn't say a word,took it away and returned with a supposedly fresh hot burger. Again without a word of apology at all. The replacement wasn't even warm! The meat patty was cooked but was stone cold. The bun toasted but stone cold. The cheese slice fresh but sat solid on the burger. The fries were no better. Cold and dry. Why oh why can McDonald's not produce fresh hot food. This is a very very regular complaint. So regular that when I receive a fresh hot meal I feel like I've won the lottery. After so many bad experiences with cold food being served,more often than not actually,I rarely use McDonald's. After this morning's poor offering,it'll be because there's absolutely nothing anywhere else before I visit them again.

My husband visited the Bastille McDonalds and had the wedges with bacon & cheese topping along with the 280 burger - he said the bacon topping in particular didn’t taste great and was not properly heated, plus the burger also seemed below standard. Sure enough a few hours later he was vomiting repeatedly and laid up ill with food poisoning for 24 hours. It was without a doubt that McDonalds meal that made him ill. Would not recommend eating at Bastille branch under ANY circumstances until cooking and hygiene practices are investigated.

We stopped at McDonalds in France at Assevillers Auto route Sans- Lille-Paris 80200 on Monday 2nd September at 15.20 in a coach party. We ordered a hamburger and chips at McDonalds and sat opposite near the 5/6 seats. Our bag was put on the ground and 10 minutes later it was gone. Passport, money and bank & credit cards gone. I would appreciate if the cctv from McDonalds would be forwarded and viewed to the police at Honfleur as it was located outside looking down at our location. Police were not interested.

Worst mcdonalds in the world in france! How mcdonalds fast ffricking food not to be open at night at all? What do i eat while passing france at night? Stupid country with stupid people obviously how the F to stop fast food at night?!

You have to wait 25 minutes for a medium chicken and goose McFirst to arrive. The night manager with chewing gum in her mouth and not in charge of the restaurant at all. Only her screams were heard and she did not move from her seat to help the team. What kind of fast food team are they?
The food was cold and I had ordered an ice cola but it came warm. It's hard to talk to the manager about a bathroom token because I don't know English or any language other than French, and when you get what you see, the bathroom is dirty.

If I ever doubted why I don’t use MacDs, today reminded me. Apparently now staff don’t take orders, machines do. But only ONE out of SIX machines was working. So I had to queue for 10 mins behind two groups doing giant orders. Eventually I ordered my two coffees, and stood to wait for them to arrive. No indication anywhere that I could see of when my order would be delivered, but it came after around another 7 minutes. So 17 mins wait for two coffees!! Nobody took the reusable cups I’d brought with me. So I ended up with a bag, a cardboard tray, two cups with lids, two stirrers, two sugars and two biscuits - none of which I needed. And two cups of utterly revolting burnt tasting coffee. So that will probably be my last ever trip to MacDs. I’d frankly rather go thirsty.

Charged me 40 euros for an order that never cleared...and there is no support to contact or anything. What a joke

It works when you are dead hungry, however the service is very bad.

On a commender deux quard de livre et deux Big Mac mais on a ressu un Big Mac mais il avait un hamburger gratuit. Alors c’est de la merde.
