Very poor service and unreliable hotspot
I recently purchased a 300GB Lyca Mobile plan specifically to use the internet through hotspot for my TV and Xbox. However, whenever I connect my devices and start using the hotspot, my phone loses mobile service and shows “No Service.” This makes the plan practically useless for what I bought it for. I have checked my phone settings and the APN, but the problem continues. Very disappointing experience and I would like Lyca Mobile to properly investigate and fix this issue

If you’re thinking about signing up with them because it’s cheaper, DON’T DO IT.
I have literally NEVER been able to use their service, and their support keeps telling me to do things through the app even though I’m LOCKED OUT OF IT.
Like, WTF am I supposed to do?!
AND THEY WON’T HELP YOU.
And somehow, even though I’ve never been able to use their service and can’t even access my account, they’re still billing me.
