Impossible d'envoyer des sms
Depuis plusieurs jours des sms et je ne sais pas pourquoi. Il n'est indiqué nulle part sur le site qui je peux contacter et l'appel au service client est PAYANT. A cause de la poste mobile, j'ai eu de sérieux problèmes. Il est mis sur le site qu'on peut les contacter sur instagram mais c'est un MENSONGE : le compte ne reçoit pas les messages
Un conseil : FUYEZ CET OPERATEUR !!

For several days now, I have been receiving text messages and I don't know why. There is no information on the website about who to contact, and calls to customer service are CHARGED. I've had serious problems because of Mobile Post. The website says you can contact them on Instagram, but that's a LIE: the account doesn't receive messages.
My advice: AVOID THIS OPERATOR!!

Arrived in France May 2023 and bought a…

Arrived in France May 2023 and bought a La Poste pre-paid SIM card. Gave all my details- passport, drivers license etc and went off happy. Passed through Foix and topped it up by €30 and the lady serving took my same details again. BUT days later I received several texts saying I needed to provide identification or the service would be cancelled. I called into 3, maybe even 4 post offices, I filled out numerous forms and spent hours trying to give my identification. We cannot send texts and today they sent another message saying we are being cancelled because we haven’t provided identification! Hopeless communication, telephone service non- existent and even a lovely man in a telephone shop tried to speak to people in French but even he gave up and apologised. DO NOT BUY A LA POSTE SIM CARD!

I quit lapostemobile

Lapostemobile had a some sort of ransomware attack. As a result, I couldn't access my account for a long time and ended up losing my balance and, en plus, had to deal with a nasty customer that convinced me that lapostemobile is not for me. I'm kind of stuck because I still need the line, but can't recommend it. Don't go there!

Website hackered 8 days ago, my internet offer was not renewed. WHEN I contacted them, they told me it should be fixed on the 18th, in seven days. I work with the internet.

The worst service I have ever had in my life

One of the La Poste mobile reached me to offer a new SIM card with better internet data at that time I was using La Post mobile as my man phone operator. ( I never received the new sim card) I have changed the operator to a different company and found out they were taking money for the sim that I have never received I have contacted them many times to check why they are withdrawing this money no one helped me at all to find where is the problem.

I needed to stop the money transfer from my bank and I did.

I believe all the phone calls are recorded under my main phone number.

Now I am in a dispute with them to pay 100.03 euros for a service that I have never received.

They are using their power as a company and forward this to huissier de justice to collect the money, I would say steal my money.

Yesterday I have called their customer service number to sort this out they forward me to a company called IKRA their number is 0187022590 who asked me to call 0176363116 and they told me I need to call 0186580529 who advise me to return to the La Poste mobile as their job is only to collect money.

I challenge La Poste mobile to provide proof of delivery of that Sim card with my signature is plus and I have used this sim card.

If they do so I will pay with no problem if they don't I want all the money taken for it plus compensation as it caused a lot of inconveniences.

Horrible

Horrible. First of all the don’t speak a word of English whether it’s in in post office or customer service! I got a facture every month with 2€ I had to pay. I tried to pay directly all the time and it looked like et went through. I received a text that I had to pay and then I tried with my other card, my moms and my friends card. Non went through apparently. So I went to the post office and spend 2 hours there!!!! To simply find out that it was because I didn’t have a French banc account, so I make another friend pay for me at that point. This morning a direct transfer has been made of 21€ from the card that they kept saying didn’t work but all of a sudden with a payment of 21€ It works perfectly fine. I have no idea why they all of a sudden took 21€ and I spend 1 hour trying to figure out what happened and had to get a French person to help me talk to them. This is the worst telecommunications company I have ever come across!
