One star for effort. Two stars is for they're not totally a bad product. It's a good product. The most thing that I don't like about this company is that one person can make millions for another company in six months and resigns because the company is not really cultural. OK, and then you come to this company. If you prove yourself with other people, then you get judged in one hour. I think they have to change the situation to help other people, not to misjudge the wrong person? Also, thinking about the sales service and experience can never be proven in one hour or one day, also because it's being judged by one moment. I hope they will change this one day because, in my opinion, it doesn't work.

After two very nice trips with each of my Granddaughters, I decided to take them both together, hoping that Daneka, my regular sales assistant, would be there. Unfortunately, she wasn’t (everyone needs a day off sometimes!) However, the girls met Mia, who was also very friendly and kind to them. My daughter in law knew that I’d been to Lush as they were both covered in glitter! Thank you again & will visit again soon.

The staff at the Chester store are lovely we was made so welcome introduce to the app to get discount and also was given a sample for our purchases I thanked the lady and said we will be back the older lady served me and I felt like she was friend you guys are wonderful 😊

How Helpful they are!! I was pretty clueless when entering the Lush to buy a present for my mum. However the shop assist Jasper was very helpful. And demonstrated products, understanding what my mum likes. Pointing out products that matched what I wanted. Very pleased with my experience

Absolutely poor service provided online staff, order couple of things the soap came melted, went out my way to get a replacement and got shown attitude and threats.. I paid cash told them to redelivery one which they were happy to asked for compensation for my troubles as it was a gift for someone they then said we will cancel this and give you an e voucher.. i mean did I ask you to cancel my order did I tell u to send me something that was melted.. poorly packaged.. the service is rubbish rather spend money else where then to get treated like rubbish.

I went to the lush shop in fortkinnard Edinburgh where the sales team lynx and jade helped me alot. From helping me with what services are good for messaging to babysitting my dog.

A special thanks to Vicky in Colchester store for making a disappointing birthday much better. She's a treasure and has great tattoos!

Normally I would have given 5 stars, but was at Glasgow Buchanan street today and have discovered they no longer sell my favourite body spray and shower gel. What am I now to do without my plum rain. I'm not a girly girl but I loved this.

They are always nice and helpful in the shop.
I found that the daisy deodorant was not strong enough for me, and the customer service recommended another product based on my preferences.

I went into the Cheltenham store today after work to buy a new skin product. It was about 45 minutes before they closed so I was a little worried I'd be bothering them or taking up time they needed to close up but I came in and was greeted as usual, they're always such friendly faces genuinely. I was asked what I needed and just said I was off to the skincare section. Had a little look for what I needed and was met with a few options. One of the guys came over and told me about the products I was looking at and answered some questions which helped me decide. (I'm really bad when it comes to choosing so usually give up and leave with nothing if I can't decide 😂)
But the staff there didn't seem annoyed by my late shop or my questions given the time which you usually get from a lot of other stores in town.
When I got to the till to buy my chosen product the store manager Ryan was there chipper as always singing away which I absolutely love. He comes into my place of work too and he's always a delight to talk to, if you get to meet him please don't hesitate to talk with him he's great.
Anyway id had a really rough day at work and I was low energy and you know how it is, perhaps he could tell idk but he was so kind to me and honestly cheered me up. If this gets passed onto the Cheltenham team please tell them all I'm very grateful for how they treat their customers because U really don't know what people are going through and their small acts of kindness really do make a difference in someone's day so thank you so much.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Hatti at the Lush shampoo bar. She gave me the best wash and style experience I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail and care were outstanding. The shampoo experience felt like a true spa pamper visit, I felt really relaxed and she communicated everything really clearly. Hatti’s standards were really high and her passion for the job and for caring for customers shone through - she is a huge credit x

I went to the store in Romford Liberty Shopping Centre. Thio was so welcoming and exceptionally brilliant with his service. I will definitely be going back as I had an amazing experience thanks to him.

Shama gave me a wonderful head & shoulder massage at Lush spa on Oxford Street, London. She was friendly, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the whole experience & would highly recommend her

I visited the Belfast branch today. Not intending to, just was passing and called in. Deirbhile helped me choosing a fragrance and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. I ended up with the matching shower fragrance, and body cream. I even ended up getting a good hand moisturiser. I was made feel like the most important person in the shop. Thank you Deirbhile for a really pleasant experience. The entire team were lovely.

Caroline and Misba served me and two different visits to the Medowhall store. They were both very professional and had great knowledge around what products would be best for me when I explained my hair type. They gave my samples to try at home so I didn't have to splash out on a full size bottle incase it didn't suite my needs. They both explained how to use the products and there ingredients.

Asked a sample of a new face soap in Chelmsford and got refused. Inconsistent service. Avoid staff member manager with purple hair

Lush spa - brilliant. Had a back and face massage and absolutely loved it. It was a treat for my birthday. Staff were great - helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Would love to go again 😊

Amazing company, great quality, amazing care for the environment and animal testing! Such amazing workers, never had a bad experience in shop as everyone is so lovely! Met an amazing worker named Ben in cabot circus store, he helped me pick out things within my budget and also showed us all the newest collections and demonstrated it on us, amazing store would recommend!! (Going in store is safer as there are a few negative experiences buying online)
