Fixing errors quickly needs better…
Fixing errors quickly needs better response and ease of delivery. For example, now I have 3 different names my books are registered under that I am sure I type the same name for each time. It causes all the distribution channels to confuse my work. This is all under the same account.

The delivery came very well
The delivery came very well. The quality of the print is good and I was happy it came from Europe. I tried IngramSpark before and since it came from the UK, I was charged with an extra tariff. I won't use them again. The book came fully proyected.

I ordered a book which cost just over £60 and the description said it came with an included PDF version but I didn't receive the download links. I tried contacting them but the ticket was instantly automatically closed with no help at all. Seem to be rip off merchants.

In this case, the PDF download referenced in the book description is offered by the author through their own website and is not a digital download provided through Lulu.com. Unfortunately, Lulu.com does not currently have the capability to offer a bundled print book purchase that includes a corresponding digital download.
I can also see that you currently have a ticket open with one of our Support associates regarding this matter. A member of our Support team will follow up with you through that ticket with additional information on how to reach the appropriate party regarding the digital download.
